Voronwe nodded at an elven soldier under his command, and packs were brought out to them containing food and other necessities. ((Some one had to get them, before we just ran off to chat with evil kingdom-people))

Elodie murmured a thank you to the soldier and took her pack. She swung it over her shoulder, under her cloak, and proceeded to open the Book of the Elders and flip through some pages.

Gloria took a pack from the soldier, gave him a nod in thanks, and moved the contents of her new pack to her already existing one. ((I think I forgot to mention that Gloria has a pack... but it was kind of old, anyway, and probably needed refilling.  )) Willie carefully selected his pack, thanked the soldier and walked off. Sammi simply grabbed one of the packs and walked off. "Ohh... if only there were a portible inn in this..." Sammi moaned, carefully opening the pack to see what was inside. ((Sammi is officially obsessed with finding an inn. XDDD)) |

And so they started down the long road to Arnor, not sure of what they would find.
Voronwe looked over at Koren. The mortal was muttering something over and over. Probably that poem Galadhim taught him, he thought. It's probably important. He tuned in on Koren's words.
"A tool of justice, were it wrought,
The iron charge of deep-down heart.
The keeping source of Valinor,
A wizard's tool of wizard's art.
A shining beacon in the night,
If kept awake, the light of day.
If laid to sleep, the Foe's delight,
An ally come to show the way."
Hmm... thought Voronwe. It sounds like a riddle. However, he put it out of his mind and kept walking.

Elodie walked behind the group, still reading a few pages of the book. Miraculously, she didn't trip or bump into anything. Once or twice, she looked up, observing her surroundings. She noticed it was still dark, probably very late at night.
"Perhaps once we reach the edge of the forest we should rest for a little while," she said softly.

Gloria thought aloud, "if we keep at this speed, we'll probably get there at dawn..." she said with a sigh, looking across her group of travelling companions. "...Sammi, what are you doing?" Sammi looked up from the piece of bread in her hand. "Eating." "You didn't get that from your pack... did you?" Gloria moaned. "Maybe..." Sammi admitted. ((XDDDD)) "We're supposed to ration that!!" Gloria yelped. "Hey, no worries..." Sammi replied, "I'm sure we'll find plenty of food along our way..." ((which we probably won't... XDDDDD)) |

((Okay, maybe it's just me, but I think that Arnor would be a LITTLE farther than that. I mean, Rivendell to Mordor took what, 4 months? Come on... Less than a day? A few hours? I doubt it.))

Rael was quiet for most of the trip, how was he suppose to tell the others about his dark elf brother and his mom being one of the leader's of evil.
It's getting pretty dark now, do you all want me to light up my staff? It'll help us travel easier, it'll also chase most wild creatures away but it would attract orcs or worse!"
((Right now, in the RP< none of you know about Rael's brother or mom!))

Sammi beamed when she heard Elodie's suggestion. "Stop? Rest?! I'm WITH ya!!" ((XDDD))
Gloria rolled her eyes. "Yes... we should rest. Some of us seem to have been up all night." she gave Sammi a look.
"What're you looking at me for??" Sammi yelped. "YOU were the one who kept us up, making us get all lost and everything!!"
Willie tapped Sammi on the shoulder. "Sammi... calm down... you need to get some sleep..."
"But it's true I tell you! TRUE!!" Sammi exclaimed as Willie took her to a more quiet, but still nearby, place.
