"A new kingdom has been revealed in Arnor, and we fear the worst. Our scout, Voronwe, has just returned from Arnor, and he has verified these things."
The seven stood there, bracing themselves for the next part.
"I am asking the seven of you to go into Arnor and scout or negotiate."
Then Merry and Pippin jumped out of the bushes and said, "We're coming too, for old time's sake! ((XDDD))

Galadhim smiled. "You are more important than you know. Each of you has something, something that not very many people have. You must come to understand these gifts on your own, although I will help you." He moved towards Voronwe. "Ah, Voronwe, master of ears and eyes: Remember, when darkness falls and sight fails, and ear may decieve, your heart is ever faithful. And trust to your friends, they are worth more than any gift or ransom.
"And to you, Koren, I give you your general's mind, and your willpower. I trust that you will use it for good." He withdrew a long crystal from his robe and passed it to the mortal. Koren looked astounded.
"A shard of Nyalmir!" he exclaimed. "One of the seven!"
Galadhim nodded. "A tool of justice, were it wrought,
the iron charge of deep-down heart-"
Koren jumped in. "The keeping source of Valinor,
a wizard's tool of wizard's art."
Galadhim smiled. "And I will teach you the next verse, in the hopes that the knowledge may speed your quest:
A shining beacon in the night,
If kept awake, the light of day.
If laid to sleep, the Foe's delight,
An ally comes to show the way."
Koren nodded, absorbing the new information. "Thank you," he said quietly.
((I'll let you guys do your own gifts... and maybe Sammi and Willie want to scuttle on over before they miss the whole thing.))

((I'd rather not go into too much detail with other people's characters, 'cause the more your character is made for you, the less it becomes your character.))

Galadhim spoke to the young wizard next, "Rael, I can see your mother in you! She was loved by the elves but you must know, she broke the sacred rule. She married a wizard which now I see was great. You're a blessed child Rael, still growing. I can see the orb on your back has your memories and some cause too much pain. Take the Staff of The Heavens!
"No, didn't a wizard make this, using every last drop of his power, I can't take this."
"Ah, but it was your father who made it, he worked hard on it. He gave it to the elves as a gift, hoping we would take your mother back in with us but sadly, we could not. He let us keep it but we can't use it, it was made for you."
"Thank you, lord," Rael murmured.
"Remember you belong here, they will need your healing soon enough. Love is the purest medicine and remember your parents died for you. Do the journey for them!"
"Yes..."
((Ack, horrible... I think I might make up another character and we'll meet up with him sooner or later..."
