((I don't really have a major right now >.> Working for a basic AA Degree. I think this counts as a Social Studies course or Humanities, or something that is required It sounded the most interesting from the list I had to choose. The rest were mostly Anthropology, Physiology, a number of studies of different people and history things, and other things I found boring. I went for the one that sounded out there And yay for evil lady having a evil shadow RABBIT. ^_^)) Sigilvass sits at a table, alone, with a large amount of food and a large pitcher of some drink he was unsure of. " So if the plan is working out, Reina and 'Daria' will be going to the other realm to chase after a fake lead. If it works out, they should run into Dragus' group. That would take care of that part of the plan... The problem are the scouts that are going to be sent out before... They won't find anything..." Two soldiers walk past talking, and Sigilvass steals a bread roll off one of their plates and starts to eat it. The soldier stops and glares at the assassin about to open his mouth, until he notices the evil glare looking at him. "You... You can keep it. I didn't really want it." The two soldiers move quickly away and sit at the other end of the room. Sigilvass continues to eat and drink while thinking. " Than there's news about Starla being here... I know for fact she didn't do that stuff. I also could have sworn I saw a shadow rabbit, kukuku. Could it be another beast? Kukuku, excellent." He stabs a large slab of bleeding meat and cuts it with one of his wrist blades. " Now there is also the question of the guards and that man... I know they heard what I said, but what I said can't be considered treason... However it doesn't look good for me either. But what don't I do that makes me look good?! KUKUKUKU! I better eat and get back to the other realm soon. I still have some business to get done." He continues to devour his meal. ((I finished the short story. Total of 3 1/2 pages. I was trying to make it at least somewhere in the 5 page range... I guess I was a half a page short >.> I even added a little teaser at the end Of course I can't explain the teaser, since I'm planning to reveal that stuff later in the RP ))971

((I'm here! I'm about five pages behind, but I should post eventually. This period of the year (as well as the week after Thanksgiving) are the worst. I apologize.))

((Darn you kids and caring about school and stuff. In my day we learned what we learned and did what we did and STILL did what we wanted. Yep. Wait, I'm still doing that and freaking out when I have to rush a project or something At least I get good grades ^^ But yeah >.>))

((Hey now, some of my classes can get tricky sometimes. But yeah, I have my physics test on Friday, and the test material can be... jolting. But taking the test by itself will be quite electrifying, I think. *Shot for bad puns.* Guess what I have my test on...))
The two continued to walk down the hall, with Starla keeping her eyes on Reina.
"So whatever Starla did, everyone's out to get her?"
"I don't like talking about it, but everyone who knows about it is, yes. Well, unless you for some reason liked the Shadow Lord... You weren't a sympathizer, were you?"
Starla didn't know how to interpret what Reina said. "I wasn't involved in that conflict," she lied thoroughly.
"Well, a lot of it was underground," Reina said. "The humans up there? I think the only ones who realized that the world was ending--other than the sword group--were the ones who realized it just as they were dying."
Starla nodded sadly. Then she decided to try something. "But wait, Starla was with the sword group... Against the Shadow Lord. And it doesn't look like she's still working with--"
"That doesn't matter; what she did matters. And I said I didn't like to talk about it, mage." Reina said that last sentence very sternly. Starla caught on and didn't push her luck further.

((Ok, let me redo that then. Darn kids today and their challenging classes. In my day we didn't learn things like Algebra and Geometry until High School, and now 5th graders are learning that stuff. In a few years 3rd graders will be learning physics and the old will be considered brainless idiots. *rocks in rocking chair*
Yep. It does scare me that 5th graders are learning stuff I never learned until my 2nd year of High School... But yeah... Moving on <.<))
"You know... What happens when those scouts don't find you?"
Heed shifts around a little to keep his limbs from falling asleep.
---
Sigilvass gets up, and begins to leave the cafeteria. Before he makes it out he is stopped by the cook.
"Assassin. You have to clean your own tables around here."
Sigilvass stops in his tracks and slowly begins to turn around.
"Now why should I have to cle-"
He turns around completely to see a very large and muscled man holding a large cleaver as long as Sigilvass' arm and as thick as one of the tables.
"-an... Without the proper utilities. I was merely going to search for cleaners and such to clean the table properly... Please don't eat me large man..."
The large cook points to a closet.
"Your clean boy for the day."
"How nice... But I have a mission I have to return to... So I'll just do the table and be on my w-"
The large cleaver cuts a table in half.
"-ay to the closet and get started cleaning as fast as I can!"
Sigilvass quickly runs to the closet.

((Actually, some schools are moving too fast for some those younglings. I have a 9-year-old little sister and I'm watching her go through math. At her school at least, they're putting a lot of concepts out there at once, but aren't spending enough time going through them. Heck, they tried to introduce division in her 1st/2nd grade when she could hardly handle addition. I don't remember learning division till, what, 4th grade? (And I went to the same school...)))
Starla thought about what Heed said for a moment, creating a silence between her and Reina.
"Maybe if they don't, the scouts will conclude that I'm between villages. I hope so, anyway. But I plan to be gone before they don't find me."
A random shadow walked by Reina and greeted her.
"Hey, Kella and don't-know-your-name. Don't go down the hallway to the right at the first fork; some idiotic shadows have a prank set up there."
"I'll keep it in mind, thanks," Reina replied before the shadow walked off.
Starla couldn't help but ask. "Why does everyone call you by a different name?"
"So I have more than one name. What's the problem?" Reina asked.
"It's confusing..."
"That's a good thing; I'm an assassin. Having many pseudonyms helps me keep me out of the spotlight."
"But you're telling me this."
"So that everyone who knows me can't put a legal name or anything similar onto me, if I get caught or something. Which reminds me, I should stop using 'Reina'."
Starla only stared before holding back a sigh. "Well, if you really don't want friends, then I guess that's fair..."
"And I don't. Okay, we're almost to the board..."

((Division for me was late 5th grade. 5th grade was mostly multiplication for me. And I still stink at it I have to think for a few moments to do it. Prank? Hmm... *evil grin*)) Sigilvass moved quickly and got most of the cafeteria clean, sloppily done, but clean. When the cook wasn't looking he sneaks out of the room. " That guy scared me... Now where should I go? Back to the portal room, or walk around?" He shrugs and begins to walk down a random hall and just starts noting what people are doing.

((Wow, you were late to the game. o_0 Funny thing about higher math students though, they can explain in detail the proof of a complex theorem, and yet struggle with basic math. It's funny to watch. ^_^ Unless it's your professor messing up...))
In one hallway, there was a faint snickering, as there seemed to be poorly concealed broken swords serving as spikes and some buckets of ink.
Reina and Starla, however, were since past that hallway, having faithfully avoided it.
"Are they always this bad at... what they consider pranks?" Starla asked.
"Well, we do have dumb people around here. I don't mind pulling the occasional prank, but most of them aren't well thought-out at all, like the one back there."
"I've never seen--"
Reina suddenly stepped back into Starla, almost knocking her down in surprise and also inadvertently getting ink onto her cloak.
"We're here," Reina said, smirking beneath her cowl.
"Not funny," Starla muttered as she walked towards what looked to be a bulletin board.
The bulletin board was filled with wanted posters, with a detailed sketch of each of the posted fliers as well as a short description for each of them, as well as advice for taking care of them or where to turn them in. A quarter of the fliers had Starla's face on them.
"...They captured her likelihood well," Starla admitted after a moment of silence.

Sigilvass continues to walk through the halls. He passes a few people snickering to themselves, but ignores them.

"They did..."

Starla stared at the sketches of herself for a moment, all of which were drawn to stare right back at her.
"Let me know when you're done staring at her," Reina said boredly, staring at the other fliers.
Starla grabbed one of the fliers of her and scanned it before looking over at Reina.
"You're allowed to take them," Reina said. "They make a lot of copies, especially of Starla. They'll just post it again."
Starla nodded and looked down at the paper again, skipping past the description of her physical appearance and spells and looking down at the list of crimes.
Starla is wanted for the CRIMES as listed: Plotting with the Shadow Lord, Plotting high crimes with the Shadow Lord, Using specialized spells to sap the life out of the shadow people themselves, Stealing the sword Catastrophe to further said plot, Delivering enfeebling items of threat to the shadows, Plotting against the Shadow Empire, and Being an uncomfortable presence among the shadow people. STATUS: Enemy at large. If found: Seek backup and if engagement is necessary, eliminate as quickly as possible. Report to Generals Salore or an officer immediately if seen.
Starla's eyes went wide, unable to speak, or even think properly.
((How could Starla even think of making the shadows around her uncomfortable?! Tsk tsk...))

((Well, it seems I have to redo that short story Teacher said it wasn't a short story, it was a screen play <.< Yep...)) Heed looks over paper. " Sword of Catastrophe? Working with the Shadow Lord? And yet you guys were the one who killed him? Strange..." ((Hm, Sword of Catastrophe... Was that the name of the black sword that was left on the island when the battle was over and everyone left (which someone did pick up )? Or was that another sword, I forgot <.<))

((Nope, the one you're talking about is the Shadow Sword. Completely different. It was said in the second RP that Catastrophe was stolen, and they thought that the humans (us) stole it. *Had to reread that part recently.*))
Starla resisted the urge to shake her head.
"The others... They didn't once serve the Shadow Lord. That... that was me. That part is true, and... I wanted to use my position as a newly-made shadow to my advantage to finally help stop him, and..."
Starla then shook her head. "But Catastrophe? I've never even touched Catastrophe! How could I steal it? What led them to think that?!"
Reina looked over to Starla. "So that should get you started on the terrible things that she's done. I did say I didn't like to talk about it, but I just thought I should clarify. For all we know, she could still be trying her under-handed tactics to gain power. Whether or not she is now doesn't forgive what has and could have happened."
Starla was silent as she put the paper into her pocket, not wanting to look at it. She instead stared at the other posters, occasionally finding sketches of Dragus, Cheshil, and Thaine as well as sketches of the most prominent Dark Riders. The list of crimes for the former three were significantly shorter, however, and there were numerous fliers of Drake and Tylvanias among them.

((Odd... I could have sworn I wrote something earlier..... Well guess I repost it <.< And I know who has the Shadow Sword now, yep.))
"So in other words the shadow army has the whole story wrong somehow... This isn't good at all."
----
Sigilvass continues down a hall when he hears a lot more snickering than he did earlier.
"What the heck is going on here? I thought we were in the base for the shadow army not some comedy show! I'm the only one aloud to laugh creepily around here!"

Starla's forehead creased. "But they aren't entirely wrong about me either. If you take away the part where I have Catastrophe, then they'd be justified in hunting me. Even them... No. They're not looking at the whole picture. I stopped my servitude with the Shadow Lord--heck, I practically betrayed him! And I'm not doing anything like they've described anymore. Well, except for 'working against the Shadow Army'. Not that I can convince them of any of this..."
Starla sifted her hand through the fliers, pushing aside the ones with her face on it, not wanting to look at anything with herself on it. She had just pushed another one aside when she saw a familiar glimpse of a face she knew on another flier. She looked over to Reina--who was examining a flier of another shadow--before quickly pulling it down and looking at the sketch.
"It's Datalia," Starla thought. "I haven't seen even a picture of her in a long time. She's been wanted by the shadows for years since she became a renegade, hence the wanted poster. I wonder... Agh, I didn't think to ask Miliardo if the rebels had encountered her either..."
((Yup, haven't forgotten about her.))

((I have ^_^;; ))
Sigilvass stomps down another hall, covered in some sticky substance, feathers, and something red dripping from him.
"Teach them from playing pranks on me. Glad I made it look like a accident so the Generals won't get mad at me again, kukukuku."
A shadow runs up to Sigilvass quickly.
"Did I miss the pra-"
Sigilvass punches him in the face and continues to walk.
((And yeah, I have no real story ideas right now... In fact most of the story needs to be for Dragus <.< There is only really one little thing left for Sigilvass before everyone goes "hunting" for Starla.))
