As you exit the manor... you notice the towering city before you. It's huge, you've never been outside of your main homeland... so the idea of a city so huge is astounding...
You literally can not see the sky anymore...
The steel/iron/wooden buildings surround you and people walk throughout the city, many look like they are in a hurry... the occaisonal passerby may ask for gold, a warforged might be carrying a load for a gnome artificer, The smell of smokepowder enters your nostrils...
You are a stranger in a strange land...

Before you, or rather below you, stands a dwarf; much shorter than a normal dwarf but unmistakably a dwarf nevertheless. He has short, scraggly brown hair and a well trimmed, unbraided beard. He looks up at you past his squashed nose with his dark-green eyes, a grin etched on his face.

((I've been rpging MMORPGS for a bit, and I do a lot of freeform non stats rolling roleplay such as one finds of the neopets chatboards though I tend to call myself advanced there. I have some familiairty with the D&D systum but I have never played. ^^ I've wanted to do something like this for forever now. ))
