Something Wicked this way Come... More plot later.  Ok, this RP follows rules, a rules system based loosly off of the D&D system, its not a free for all RP, so be sure you know that! The Planet has had no interference for years... decades... possibly a century...Midgar is a place of peace... Not anymore... a foreign host of evil creatures hs overthrown the government and seeded its own leaders. No one knows this though, or not many... as the taxation and corruption rises, peopel attempt to escape and the wall around Midgar is rebuilt in such that no one has a hope of escaping Rebel factions arise everywhere...
