| Forum Nickname: Kwoiffei/Nasuella Character Name: Nasuella "Nasue" Lagan Species: Blue Coati Transformations: n/a Appearance: A very tall, very thin, androgynously built anthropomorphic coati. Has blue fur with lighter blue markings on face and darker blue hands, feet, and markings on tail. Has yellowy-gold eyes. Most often seen wearing a light grey hoodie (presumably with a shirt beneath that) and dark grey pants/trousers/whatever. Has a psuedo-mohawk on her head. Character type: Reluctant hero; neutral/chaotic good; action survivor Weapon of Choice: * "Cataphract Styx", a 12-metre-tall robot which resembles a humanoid shark (possibly with extra features; I still haven't designed it yet). Its weapons include scythes and throwing-fans, and its features include extensive scanning, flight, and the things required for someone to live in it for years. * A naginata. Never used properly. Magical capabilities: All of these are subject to the Law of Humour-Based Power Reliability. * Sensing magic. Think of how a snake's heat vision is often percieved and apply it to a metaphysical level. Overwhelming this can cause severe headaches, up to and including migraines, seizures and loss of consciousness. * Defensive anti-magic. Usually manifests as a yellow glow, and cancels out any magic that it comes into contact with. But if, say, it contacts an enchanted sword, it only stops the enchantments - the sword itself would still be a threat. * Weaponised Alter Ego. Put simply, it's a manifestation of the psyche that takes the form of a mythological figure and uses magic to blow things up. In this case, it's Loki of the Norse pantheon. Personality: This version of Nasue is an amalgamation of multiple different variations of the Nasuella character - the canon version, the Guilds version, the Literal Alter Ego version, and probably a few others. She's also, quite simply, the avatar of the eccentric mind behind all of these versions. Or perhaps she is that eccentric mind. Who knows? Either way, the end result is a part-time Bloider/Taco-er who is willing to play various roles; sometimes she'll be the crazy one. Sometimes she'll be the level-headed one. Sometimes she'll just shove her foot in her mouth. Nasue is defined by her variable personality, and how her demeanor changes according to the situation and her mood. After all, some of us are not static. |
