Yet Another Medieval/Fantasy RP...

(before thief steps out) "Oh. Well hi.... I'm Faustus."
(after thief steps out) Faustus whirled around to look at the thief. "Who are you and how did you survive the fire?"

[kittygirl]

"Uhh no. Please go away. I'm tiered."

"Hey, I didn't come here till after the fire." He glanced around. "Looks like a pretty big one. Well, there was this guy named Thaine who told me I was chosen for something. I didn't believe him till I went up to the mountain and saw a bat demon, and a large orb of energy. The bat demon's name was Vadek, which was what Thaine talked about. I snuck out before Vadek saw me. Any of this sound familier to you?"

Faustus nodded at the thief. "I think that was the bat-thing we saw, although I didn't catch the name."

((Heeey, hold on a second! I never said I was leaving, I just said I wasn't going to be there for a little while. I wouldn't leave this RP unless I really had to, cause it's quite interesting.

Now please excuse me while I go read the three pages that have been added and try to thinkup something to justify my character's un-active-ness(I know, 'tis not a word, but meh).))

Yiran sighed and ran out of the forest when it caught on fire, then looked around. "Oh joy...lost." she muttered to herself, then heard some familiar voices: the one of the demon, and the one of the girl with the cat. She followed them, and by the time she got there, the demon Vadek was gone, and there were two new people were at his place. She walked up to the group.

"Hallo, 'tis annoying lil' ol' me again..." she told Lini, fooling around with the hem of her shawl. "Next time, I suggest you be more careful when arguing with a demon." she sighed. "Ah well. 'Tis over now. I see you've made some new friends." she took a quick look at the two newcomers. "Care to introduce me?"

Lini says "Well this is Fautus. And this is some random person."

Yiran nodded a hello to Faustus, then turned to the boy. "I seriously hope you aren't really called 'some random person'." she told him. "I'm Yiran, by the way."

"I'm Kairon, a thief," he said. "Did you know anything about a demon name Vadek or an Elf named Thaine?"

"Well...is Thaine an elf with black hair?" she asked. "Wasn't he the one who talked to us about being chosen or something?" she asked Lini. "And I'm pretty sure that this Vadek you speak of was the one who kidnapped Thaine or something." Yiran spoke of it as if it was something that happened any old day, but she was really quite concerned about it.

"Yeah, Thaine was the elf with black hair," said Kairon. "If everything that guy said was true, then it probably means that Vadek is gonna destroy this Earth. I wanna go stop him. While it is an old thief saying 'Live well, and die young,' the saying that follows it is 'But make sure you die young during a fun adventure.' Another saying was 'All great adventures are ones in which you have company.' Okay, so none of those are real thief sayings, but do you wanna join me? After all, it's not worth risking the world being destroyed, and this Vadek fellow seems pretty evil."

Yiran shrugged. "I had other plans, but I guess they could wait." she said.

[Zylaa]

"I've nothing more pressing than the fate of the world to do," Faustus replied, "so I'm in."

"Cool," said Kairon. He turned to Lini. "That just leaves you, then. Won't you join us?"
