"We're trying to get to Elm Street. That's where our home is. We just moved in, so we don't really know the block well..." said Daniel.
"You actually call that place our home?" Yra asked.
"Well, I guess it has to become our home, now that we moved." replied Daniel.
Yra shook her head. "That house will never be our home. It'll never be mine, at least."
"But it has to be! Our old house burned..." he started, but his sister had already walked off. "...down." he sighed, then turned to the others. "Sorry, she's been a little bit moody ever since we moved..."

Lisha looks around impationtly. "I'm sorry if I'm intturupting anything here but... I just ran away and I'm sure someone is looking for me. And it isn't that I don't love my parents and everything but if I have "powers" like you say.... well that isn't going to go over well with them." She paused with a look of sadness on her face. "They hate nonconformists. My parents are all up tight. Everything has to be perfect. Having powers is nonconforming so much that, well, they couldn't deal with it. As soon as they hear about this they are going to be ready to lock me up and pretend I never happened. They have to keep their reputation up."

Storm winced. Xavier looked at her sympathetically. "Look, if most of these people are elementals, I don't think you have to worry about that right now."
She nodded. "I guess you're right..." She stopped. "Wait. Do you think they know about Mirra?"
"No..." said Xavier slowly. "I guess we should warn them... I have no idea what she wants... but I heard of people whose only ability is to absorb other elementals' powers..."
Storm nodded. "That sounds like her."
((speaking of Mirra, if anyone wants to use her for something, go ahead. I don't have any personality, history, appearance, etc. all I have is her powers: She can mimic others' powers, but she can also completely absorb them and disable her opponent like she did to Xavier.))

Lisha didn't hesitate with her answer "They are that bad. And until they say that they have changed their ways I'm not coming home.
You would do that for me? Thanks so much! I just need somewhere to sleep and I can be gone the rest of the day. Would you like to fly? Because I could do that couldn't I!" She paused, "Well I'd need some help first. Oh and I'm Lisha, have I said that before? What are your names?"

"And I'm Noelani!" chirped Storm's sister, bouncing up and down excitedly. "Hi!"
Xavier looked at Daniel and Yra. "I know where that is, I live on that street. But I'm not sure if you'd want me taking you there... it could be dangerous."
Storm nodded gravely. "Yes. That woman Mirra is following us, I'm sure of it..."
