Alerid nodded to Scarven as they parted, and he made his way to his own quarters which doubled as his office. Elycien had most of the mission and financial records, but it was Alerid who had gathered the most intelligence on the mercenaries' allies and enemies - even those who were merely potential assets or potential threats, those who their organization had not formally come into contact with. All the same, Alerid knew nearly all of them.
Unlike Elycien, whose desk was covered in several layers of paper, Alerid's office was neat and efficiently organized. It only took him a few minutes to flip through his files, grab the files pertaining to Ankh-Tirael and surrounding domains, and take the stairs back down to the basement. He winced as he approached Scar's rooms, wishing they had an elevator. Still, even if he wasn't a fighter, it was a good idea to keep in shape anyway. He sighed. No matter how much he ached.

Vyt smirked. "That's not all it can do, my robotic friend," he mouthed out. With a gentle tug from the string attached to his pinky finger and the metal ball exploded into several tied kunais firing at every direction. But before they could even reach anyone and possibly impale them due to their countless number, Vyt quickly swung his hand around and pulled again with all his might.
The kunais were rendered motionless by the string's repull and fell down the ground. The place became messy in a flash and Vyt sighed worriedly at the sight of it.
"... Still need more concentration," he noted himself as he started collecting all the kunais. "You'd better go, all of you. I have a place to clean."

" Okay, see ya later Vyt." Cyborg said as he walked back into the HQ with Rose. Midknight and Shado walked into the forest.

Vyt took his time to glance at everyone around him finally walking away. He sighed and quickly let out a tug on the string he was holding. It was obvious that he lied about him cleaning up the place, as the ball of kunai somehow was returned to its original form.
The sad look was then present again on his face.

Arista noticed the sad look as she jumped down to the ground just a little ways from Vyt. "Vyt, what's wrong?" She asked.

"Vyt, what's wrong?"
Vyt literally jumped in surprise when Arista came down from wherever she was. Only then did it come to his mind that Arista was a shape-shifter and could assume any form to blend with the environment. Had she been spying on him the whole time?
"Ah, err, I'm fine!" Vyt shouted before running away from Arista. Even she could not match up with his speed, he thought.

Arista sighed. She could have chased after Vyt if she wanted to shift into something faster, but she desided against it. He seemed to be hurt and she didn't want to hurt him any more. Turning, she walked back towards the HQ to see what everyone else was doing and to collect her bag that she had dropped earlier.

Clint frowned as the fight seemed to break up peacefully. Not because it did end peacefully, mind you, rather because Vyt appeared to be, as he theorized earlier, somewhat distraught. As Vyt ran off and Arista headed back towards the HQ, Clint stepped away from the window he'd been looking out of, walking away to see how preparations for their departure were coming along.

((..two months is far too long to leave a roleplay dead. So live! Live, I tell you!))
Tomorrow came too soon, in some ways, and yet took forever, in others. Hades spent some of that time checking out the jeeps to make sure he could drive one. He had volunteered, after all, and it would be for the best if he could easily drive without killing everyone else. The rest of the time was spent making sure his weapons were all working properly, as well as trying to find all the spare power packs for his lasers.
Sadly, that didn’t take up all the time he had. So the rest of the time spent waiting, Hades used for trying to get as much information as possible about Ankh-Tirael into his memory as possible. Not that that was very much, sadly. More due to his tendency to read the information and then forget it than anything else. And when morning came, and the drive began, Hades settled himself in for a long, boring drive. Conversation would be nice enough, of course. He just didn’t think there would be much of it after a while.

Evyerone seemed to be away, doing what they wanted to do before they all desided to leave. The jeeps looked like they were ready as they waited out front of the HQ for their riders. Arista sighed and leaned against the tree. She was bored of waiting for everyone. The squirrel that had come to join her on her branch scurried away. She closed her eyes and tried to catch a small nap till everyone else was ready.
