Well, last time I checked both the Mages and the Ninjas were doing it, so...
Spacefleet station is built on the surface of the NTWF's moon, on the side facing the planet. If it were dug out of the moon it would look somewhat egg-shaped, with both ends narrowing to a round “point.” It is divided into several levels, connected by stairs and lifts. There are many corridors and a lot of automated security. The security setup uses detectors and sentry guns as a first line of defense, with plenty of combat drones for use against stronger enemies.
Ground level: docking bay and reception, cafeteria, shopping level, Zero Gravity Game, Bot Battle Arena (also known as the weapon practice range).
2nd level: living spaces for Spacefleet members, computer archives, science lecture halls, medical wing.
3rd level: observatory, Strife and Leoness’s private quarters.
Outside of 3rd level: external defense shield generators, laser cannons, and missile batteries. Mainly for use against ships, although can also be directed against targets on the surface around the station.
1st underground level: labs (placed underground so that accidents are less likely to leak into more public areas), hangers/garages, repair facilities.
2nd underground level: Storage areas, maintenance centers, manufacturing facilities, cell block (for those who last long enough against security to get arrested).
3rd underground level: Command center (with security center and computer network hub), reactor core (for electrical power), water and air filtration.
Below 3rd underground level: *TOP SECRET* *NEED-TO-KNOW BASIS ONLY* *NOT TO BE DISCUSSED WITH NON-SPACEFLEET MEMBERS*
Outside the station: the moon’s surface, the vacuum of space, various satellites (including surveillance satellites).
Another moon, orbiting the moon Spacefleet is built on: Driver's Learning Track and Driver's Learning HQ.
Planetside: Main launchpad in an isolated area. Some smaller docks in places like Tabloid Town, used by private pilots and organizations.
