Right now, Strife is pretty busy with the NTWF game, wedding and college preparations, but I do know that he's been wanting to make some more stuff around the guild.

Okay, I think tell you what the pad does here and now to save some time and confusion later.

Basically, the pad is a touch-pad. It's dark, but when it touch it it will light up. Then it will show three touchable commands: 'Outer Casing', 'Containment Screen', and 'Terminate Stasis'. What each of these commands do should be self-explanitory, but you'll want to know that the containment screen will not be removed without the stasis being terminated first.

((Well, what it would show would probably be different. Because, first of all, the 'containment screen' is a sheet of glass, and secondly beneath the glass is solid ice. (but who says there can't be anything in the ice ) So it would most likely show just a solid surface.))

Hey, Omni, in your most recent post you mention "sickbay" and "tricorder". I just wanted to remind you that this is Spacefleet as in completely original, not Starfleet as in Star Trek.

Well, I think in some other post, I think someone used the name 'sickbay', so that must have lead me to believe that you were using that term. As for 'tricorder'... Well, I didn't know what else to call it, and I ended up deciding not to write "(or whatever it would be called)". I could go fix that real quick.

Any ideas on what the devices and medical center would be called?

...The words 'med bed' just popped into my head. Maybe we can use that term for the beds in the medical center.

Yeah, I kinda noticed. I went through the RP the other day so I could tell what was going on. You can rejoin the RP if you want to, it's actually pretty easy right now, you'd only have to read the what's on the current page (35) to tell what's going on at the moment.

Alright, here's my commentary to my post.

Echo's been away at earth...doing...um something. xDDD I haven't really come up with anything yet, so no one knows. >.> Her ship was damaged by some young hooligan driving a MUUUCH bigger ship. He hit her, and it didn't damage him at all, so he flew off. She's spiraling fast and trying to make it to the garage, where she works as a mechanic in training. ((I sort of imagine the galleys around there, so that she can stop her working and run to fix dinner. (she's also a chef.) ))

I sort of imagine the garage as having an emergency plan where they whisk things out of the way of the back wall, and they lower some padding or something. xD I dunno.

Anywho. She's out of the loop, and she's not really sure WHO is around. So...>.> Yeah. That's my lame "big entrance."

@shade: Uh.. try getting through security/checks and then receive map, info, etc. and fill out forms. You were probably taken to the medical ward for a checkup at some point, so you might end up being around there, and you could spot the medical team heading that way with Omni's character ^_^

The term sick bay isn't only limited to Star Trek, y'know o.O You can also use infirmary or medical ward. No need to invent terms when there are plenty available ^_^

Although I haven't quite done it yet, I'll probably be finished by the time anyone reads this...

I have(/am currently) modified my Space Personas post to include a crude KotOR screenshot of sort of what I imagine Clint to look like. Basically it's the main character with the buzz cut head, standard scout(I think, I'll double-check) clothing, and an Ion Blaster.

So you know, Zari, I can't see glowy font. None of my browsers pick it up, not even IE for Mac. Maybe you could find some other way to distinguish the younger clones. I'd suggest background colors for the fonts, except it looks like ProBoards doesn't support background colors. :/
