Ok, another version, taking in to account everyone's suggestions.
Azure and vert, raguly gyronny, Or kestrel rising, holding in dexter claw a sword, and in sinister claw a bow, argent.

Hmm... I like that. The image in my mind is a bit rough, but I like it.
Also, in just a moment, I will be adding the topic of guild requirements to this thread, so it might be worth looking at the first post again...

They look good! ^_^ I don't know about the second requirement though, since we already have members who don't use swords. Maybe... 'be able to take up arms at any time to defend the NTWF' or something along those lines?

Like instead of "Must be able to wield a sword in battle" it should be "Must be able to bear arms in battle"? |

A few announcements to begin:
First, our guild requirements have been chosen for us with the guild's resetting.
Second, I am in the process of constructing and choosing the council.
For the time being, we may continue to discuss the coat of arms in this thread, though if interest does not run rampant for it, the project may be abandoned.

I think Tirilia just threw in Gryphon as another idea to consider. I don't really have many preferences for the coat of arms personally, but it would be immeasurably cool to have one. *imagines having a spanky coat of arms in the guild description instead of the squat cartoon guy* ^_^ |
