When Wolf didn't reply, Shade turned and began walking towards the library, letting her mind wander. Why was it that everything had started happening yesterday? Before then, everything was normal, expected. But then, something had happened to make someone play with their memory. Just about anything else, Shade could forgive, but memory? If one thing was changed, who knew what else could've been?
Case in point, what had happened yesterday. Anything could have happened. Anything. And the worst thing was, they had no way of knowing, since they only had fragments of memory. Yes, the memories seemed consistent, but whoever played with them could've made it that way.
Passing a window, Shade stopped, hearing Ikkin's voice. Looking out the window, she saw six people, Ikkin, four strangers, and someone who seemed familiar, though Shade couldn't figure out where from, which was rather suspicious with everything that had happened. Shade didn't follow Ikkin down, waiting to hear what the newcomers would say.

Zari flew past the window and nearly fell out of the air. What was Holly thinking? Was she mad? The Crimson Knight searched frantically for an open window and nearly fell through the one she found. Grabbing Holly firmly by the arm, she began to drag the girl down the hall. 'Holly, araen Yla varlen!' 'Sevea, Zari. Iy ra korven.' 'Ah.'

Emma began to walk away. She wasn't needed, and besides, she needed to finish the bordure on her sheild. The Sangria knight miraculously found her room in a minute or so. Although, the fact that it was only just down the corridor helped. Sighing, she opened the door She stared. "What are you doing here?"

((roleplay revival! Or I try. Sorry, Kat, Shino, minor godmoding. I tried not to. Kat, go ahead and reply to all the random stuff I said XD))
"What actually happened here while I was gone?" Crystal asked Kat as she helped the other knight through the halls. The Purple Knight leaned heavily on the younger, and Crystal was slightly out of breath with the strain of half-carrying the other girl. "I left, and everything was peaceful, and talking about how the elections would bring even greater prosperity; now I return, and there is a King, and everything's upside down."
They trudged through the northern corridors of the castle. Kat's quarters were located at the northwest, and Crystal cursed the architect who had built the infirmary in the southeast area. Oh, it was a pleasant place to walk through - the sun was shining through the large windows, and the atmosphere of the castle was overall bright, sunny and surprisingly graceful. Not at all like there'd just been an attack. It was beautiful, this home away from home. Some of the floors of the corridors were even carpeted. But it didn't help her carry an exhausted friend to someplace else which could offer her help.
She and Kat had left Shino behind. The White Knight had wanted to help indeed... heaven knew, the lovestruck fool would have tried to look muscular for as long as his lady was around, even if he'd fainted standing up. And he actually kind of had. Crystal was no physician, but when a man couldn't stand on his own, he might as well have fainted. None of the other knights had offered to help, aside from escorting Shino back to his own room.
For that matter, despite her protests of being alright, the purple-gowned mage-knight had seemed rather disappointed that Shino wasn't able to carry her.
So it was her and Kat, trying to take another step on the way to the infirmary. Crystal wished she was bigger and not half as slight as she was... and that the castle was half as small as she.
She dimly heard the sound of a door closing and another knight -- Tamia? -- running off down a corridor just ahead. And soon after, an older man who seemed vaguely familiar emerged from the same room and stood outside for a long while. Crystal paused and might have called to him for help, but she remembered, just in time, that this knight had not liked her much when she was younger. She forgot why, just like she couldn't quite remember his name. And it would be rude to intrude - he seemed lost in thought. "Nah," she murmured to Kat. "I don't think he'd be much help. You're not as heavy as all that." Sure enough, the pale, dark-haired knight shook himself and left without offering his aid, heading for the inner parts of the castle. Probably his own room.
The west wing was near now, and Crystal was getting more and more tired. It had been a long trip to the castle, and Kat was getting heavier. It wasn't like her to admit she was weary, and it made her unnaturally irritated for some reason. The next person I see is ambulance meat.
And as luck would have had it, there were footsteps approaching... a man and a boy, going down one of the parallel corridors that led to the dining hall.
"My Lord? My Lord!" she called. "Hey! Some help here?"

[glow=blue,2,300]Sibrina had been wondering when someone would notice the presence of the elementalists. It seemed it didn't take long for a knight to greet them, but her comrades were certainly taking their time responding. Sibrina turned her gray eyes upon the knight, tilting her head slightly as she spoke, the quickening of the breeze around the courtyard the only indication of her nervousness.
"I am Sibrina Nar," she stated unceremoniously. She did not think it wise to reveal her power over air just yet...she would take her cue from her friends.[/glow]

Zari headed towards her quaters, steaming with fustration. Luckily, the first few corridors were empty, but in another they passed Crystal half-carrying Kat. And...this would be awkward. Very awkward.

"Umm..."
Kat opened her eyes and saw that Crystal was now carrying her...at least, she was sure it was Crystal. The aura coming from her was enough for Kat to know. She was weak, and quite drained of energy, but she could at least still detect people's auras.
"Liarre...one of the maids...attacked me," she whispered. "She said she was ordered to take me down..."
The Purple Knight took a deep breath. "Make sure Shino is all right...all right?" She tried to smile, but it still took some effort just to raise the corners of her mouth. "I don't want him, or any of you, worrying too much about me. I just got a bit scratched, that's all..."
~*~*~*~
"I am Sibrina Nar."
The black cat-turned-girl was now back to being a black cat, walking about and swishing its tail imperiously. But its eyes were lit with constant vigilance...as though searching for something, or someone...

Zari halted, eyes flicking to and fro anxiously. If anyone so much as looked her her and her sister funny, she'd have to go. Holly gave Crystal a look of frank curiousity, then half-recognized Kat and frowned. Surely she'd met this girl before...No. Zaha miaowed. In such a situation, all she could do was act like what she was.

((Sorry for being inactive for so long. Forgive my lame posting.)) Ro, unfamiliar with everything and bordering on extremely confused, turned from the hall to go back to her room. Leave the problemas grandes to the mages. The Fief needs me mas. Stubbornly, though, she refused the idea. As she passed the window, she paused, frowning in curiosity at the newcomers, then sprinting up the stairs to her room. Putting hand on the door and shoving it open, she sat on the bed, hand unconsciously gripping the quilt with white-knuckled force. She rubbed her temples with the other hand, grimacing. An uneasy feeling pressed down on her. It wasn't from the people--she was far enough from the other mages that they wouldn't affect her, and none of them made her nauseous. It seemed to be from the castle itself, weaving through the stone. She stood quickly and took her sword, hesitating before picking up the shield as well. If someone would spar with her, she could practice using the darn hunk of painted metal more. "Ay, this is loco," she muttered, searching through her chest of things until she found a small red stone hanging on a leather thread, which gave off a glowing crimson light. "Esta enloqueceme!" She hated doing nothing and being ignorant, but she wasn't about to go back to the library and no one could tell her anything of use. She stared at the stone walls, brows knitted together. "Que secretos do you hide?" With the sword on her belt, tunic tucked under it, she held her shield and exited quietly, making sure the door was locked before heading down another staircase. "I need a mapa," she muttered. She was walking towards the training yard--or the outside of the Castle, at least, where she'd hopefully find them--when she stopped and changed direction, heading down a branching hallway. It ended in a large wooden door, the iron running across it icy cold to Ro's touch. Resolute, she grabbed the handle and yanked with force, then tugged harder when it didn't budge. With a reluctant creak, it slowly swung open, and the girl stared down a set of steps with pursed lips. Hand on the hilt of her sword, she drew it and walked in.

((Zari yawned and began to idly shoot fireballs into the air, while Holly began to draw on the walls. 'Are we gonna revive this thing, or will I have to stand here forever?' Holly inquired idly, beginning to sketch a daisy.))

"I told you not to follow me, stupid!" she yelled as she paced in front of her bed. "Da needs you at home! I can't watch after you. I'm busy now!" Even though Emma wasn't actually sure she was. But it did sound convincing. Her unwelcome guest just stared blankly at her, as if to say, "So?" "Don't stare at me like that. You know full well I can fend for my own... for Pete's sake, I'm in a castle filled with knights and other people! What trouble can I get into?" He kept staring. "Oh, yes, I'm sure I'm going to be fatally injured walking down the hallway," she retorted, but then fell silent. Emma's voice fell to a whisper. "So maybe that can happen." The visitor jumped off the bed and wagged his stubby tail, as if to offer comfort to his master. Emma absentmindedly petted him. "I'm not feeding you, you realize." The dog looked up at her incredulously. "Of course."

((OOC: I'm the type of guy who tries to understand the plot AFTER he introduces his character... Here goes nothing!))
"... Pardon?"
"... Seeing as you can bend time using your abilities as 'The Queen', you have the advantage of not being twisted by the portal. In layman's terms, you can go to the world where Cat Assassin is... But there's a catch."
"... Name the condition."
"Much of your abilities and powers will be stripped off, including your title as 'The Queen', while you are in that world."
"... That condition seems reasonable. Hence, my decision is final...
((Yeah, a filler post. At least I tried breaking the ice here >.>))

(I'm tired, half-asleep, and haven't read back very far, so excuse me if I get any of my details wrong. >.>)
Wolf let go of the boy's hand and dashed around a corner and down a hall. "Kat!" he cried in shock. The Sepia Knight—whose name he still could not recall right—was carrying her and beginning to look faint. He must've been seeing doubles—he saw two Zari's as he rushed towards Kat and the Sepia Knight.
"Here, allow me to assist," he said and lifted one of Kat's arms around his shoulder as he wrapped his own arm around her waist to help her her up. His arm brushing against the Sepia Knight made him nervous, and the closeness with which he held Kat to his body made him sick to his stomach as he suddenly thought of Shino's fondness for her. Where was Shino, anyways?
And then he remembered the boy. But when he glanced around, Wolf couldn't see Sir Jonathan anywhere.
"Zari," he said quickly, "have you perchance seen a young boy anywhere?"

[shadow=purple,left,300]((Don't worry, and yes, you were right - Liarre turned into a black cat.))[/shadow]
"Sir," Kat whispered, when she realized that one of her arms was now draped around the Green Knight's shoulders. In no time at all she was now being supported by Wolf, no longer Crystal. "Th...thank you..."
Her head no longer spun so much, but she still felt faint and a bit short of breath.
