Kit has been under rather silly amounts of stress lately, with the year ending and all, but he'll get a reply up today. He won't be around for the first few days month or so of the new roleplay though. Good luck. Aww, that's upsetting. ;_; I hope things turn out nicely when all the stress is gone, though. :) Would you mind if I mentioned Sir Kit was researching further into the presence he had discovered, to explain your absence, so that when you get back it can pick up where it left off? Or would you rather I just leave it as it is? |

Well....since today is the fourth....and Kitty hasn't posted yet, I'm going to start writing the new post for the new RP. If Kit posts before I do, I'll work his stuff into mine. If not, I'll just let it go and whatever needs to be added can be added as we go along. It shouldn't be too hard, I think.

So...um...this is how it goes: I have a vague starter for the next RP written up, but my idea before I wrote it must have been a lot grander than I'd expected, because on paper, it's not so good for starting us off. I mention a rising war and people of the other army coming to visit (both of which could be worked with), but I really don't see much room for me to actively involve others in the opening post without some serious godmoding.
So...should I go with the godmoding or does everyone just want to jump in...?

So long as it's in-character godmoding, use it. It'll be a better story that way, and a better story to start with will probably help us keep the roleplay alive.

Obviously you can omit me as well, but I will be coming back someday. ^^; I still need to finish writing that story, and I'll only jump in if it looks like the plot is going somewhere.

Err, I'll be inactive for awhile, since it'll take some time before we could reconnect (we have a problem with paying the ISP for their services, and I'm currently in a shop). Probably I'll be back before Christmas Day, but for now don't give SILE a major role.

I'm sorry that I've been inactive lately, but I've been pretty busy, especially since I'm working hard on a more-or-less weekly sprite comic (which can be seen in the Art Studio if anybody's interested) and I've got Christmas shopping to do and karate and all that stuff, and no offense but Spacefleet and the Mercs are a little higher on my Guild priorities than the knights.

On prorities, the Knights will always have a special place in my art folder (containing unfinished sketches of...Pyro, Kat, Tamia...oh. I'm not sure who this is, but I mangled them so badly...) and in my first year as an NTWFer, so I do try to even out my time online between dA, NTWF's Ninja, Knight, and Spacefleet guilds as well as the bloids, and GaiaOnline. But since the holidays are up I will be here more often.

^_^ I'm so glad people pop up at the mention of RP revival. ^_^
What's best, though, is actually seeing you're all still here. ^_^ It can feel so lonely sometimes. -_-
Anyways, after I posted last, I had a SHOCKING IDEA that let me write something that'll work well, involve all the Knights while at the same time not involving any of the Knights at all. I call this INGENIOUS USE OF AMBIGUITY! I mention Knights being present, but not which ones or how many. ^_^ It worked out pretty well while I was writing it.
Which brings me to the but: It's after one in the morning (night?) and I need to get to bed, but I've got it stached on the computer and I WILL post it tomorrow. Thursday the Thirteenth is always a good day to start a roleplay on anyways, don't you all know that?
