'Ello. ^^ *looks up* Um, is that little knighting ceremony thing usual? ^^ Did you see the form in the first post that all knights are supposed to fill out? After you fill it out, either Lord Wolf or Shino will knight you, so long as you haven't chosen a color that another knight has taken. So yes, it is normal.

Name: Ro Carajentas Color: Amaranth Weapon of choice: Bow or sword
Ro's a snappy, curt kind of person whose bark is worse than her bite, with a fiery temper and fierceness--hence, her self-appointed title of 'La Fuega', or The Fire. She needs a more official title, though.

I've been debating on joining another guild for a long time, because the ninja guild is largely inactive. So... it was either Pirates or Knights, really, and as much as I'd like to be a pirate-ninja, the rivalry is too long-standing. XD
I think the Star Wars soundtrack has something to do with it as well.
Name: Crystal Color: Sepia Weapon of choice: Double-handed. Either two swords (of whatever make), or two kunai, or one of each.
Crystal was highly-ranked among the ninjas and proficient at almost every form of weaponry. She has close to no magic whatsoever and so tries to make up for it with swordplay. While cold and efficient and even to a certain extent, ruthless, she also expresses a fondness for soft, sweet-smelling things, such as flowers. Crystal is sometimes warm and friendly, but not usually, and she retains some of the ninja skills and attitudes, like honor to her own, underhandedness to her enemies and also teleportation.

Ah, but Wolf...In my present duties as Second-in-Command it does not refute your previous orders. It was you who pointed out to a questioning Knight earlier this year that you and I were the only ones who had the power to knight any person(s) at any one time. Seeing as you are King and I am the Founder you stated that I still had administration of this. Of course if you should explain that this is not so then I shall humbly wait for you to knight. I can't resist knighting such a lady as Crystal though. ^__^ Cryssy! *hugs* More formally though... Kneel before me, lady of fine renown. ... And rise once again to the air we breath. You are the Sepia Knight of Castle Kestrel. I welcome you to our hallowed halls at last, Crystal. You have shown throughout the time I've known you, to be extremely capable of any task that has been put before you. Designing and fine-tuning works of art for many of Knights and other guild allies. Your skills are renowned and you justly deserve the title of Reverant Hand. To Michelle we present to you the Knights Guild and hope you find your right place in this community of nobility and courageous beings. You seem to be an eager person who strives for acceptance in your bright face. From the beginning of your journey to the end I welcome you to be part of the Knights and feel yourself as part of this wonderful family. Kneel Michelle...I knight thee the Amaranth Knight. Rise to the breaking day and take to the battlefield with your temperance. Heard of your quick tongue have I, but know that you will be one of the saviors whenever we are in a pinch of trouble. I grant you the title of Ember among the Ruins. May you create the fire in all of our hearts. ~Shino

Graceful of the Oathkeeper ..small little question: Is that title even grammatically correct?

Graceful of the Oathkeeper ..small little question: Is that title even grammatically correct? LOL...I actually didn't mean to type that in there. Just a filler til I thought of something else, but forgot about until I read it over for the fifth time then realized I had made a mistake. Thanks for pointing that out too. I edited the post for Michelle as well. ^__^

My humblest thanks, White Knight. I will try my best to serve as a knight. May I keep the self-appointed title as well? Kinda as a nickname more than an official title, but...

... *narrowed eyes* ... You're grabbing them too quickly, Shino.
Maybe we can alternate? I call the next knighting! ^_^
(( Kings and stewards...they act like such young children, don't they? lol. ))
Crystal, I welcome thee to our midst! The ninja's honor shall be rightly welcomed into the knight's chivalry.
Michelle (Ro here in the guild, yes?) I welcome thee as well. Thou mayest of course keep thy self-appointed title, though the title listed in the knights' list will be thy guild title. At which, since I do believe there are few ruins in Dunburrow (( *to Shino* >;| )), perhaps thou wouldst desire a more fitting title, perhaps one more alike to thine own already? The amaranth in myth is an everlasting flower, so perhaps thou wouldst rather be dubbed the Everlasting Flame?
If I may quaeritate (as I may :)), dost either of thee go by either dame or lady?
EDIT: Hey, Shino, I just found that thou dost not have a title yet! And, well, since thou cannot very well title thyself officially, I suppose I shall have to think up an official title for thee, won't I?
Um...of course, granting thee an overdue title does not count as a knighting, so the next one's still mine. :)

I'll usually (starting now) let you have the majority of the new members though since you are the King. I definitely like your title for Michelle better. No title for me? I actually did notice that a month ago and then yesterday all of a sudden. So it's very interesting that you bring that up. Think a while before you come up with one and declare it publicly. I want it to be fitting.

I've got a suggestion for Shino's title. =3
It should be "The Steward Cavalier." ^^

I've got a suggestion for Shino's title. =3 It should be "The Steward Cavalier." ^^ You better be meaning: –noun 1. a horseman, esp. a mounted soldier; knight. 2. one having the spirit or bearing of a knight; a courtly gentleman; gallant.3. a man escorting a woman or acting as her partner in dancing. 4. (initial capital letter) an adherent of Charles I of England in his contest with Parliament. XP...

*laughs* Si, I believe the Everlasting Flame would fit better. And Ro Carajentas (as I am already using my persona, though by a different name, as a completely different character) goes by Lady.
