A leader would be a good idea. But the only thing keeping the other guilds alive seems to be the roleplays, so if someone can think of a plot, starting one would probably be a good idea.

I agree on the new roleplay idea, one that people can pop into and post for a while and then drop out again. However... um... I can't think of any ideas for the actual roleplay. So.
edit: We could try writing an NTWF story--there are few enough of us that it might work. Go around and write parts, or something. Ninja save the day!

I just had a random idea a while ago. Some kind of thing where we can, like, duel each other and pwn pirate dummies and stuff, and we can call it The Training Room or something. Does that even sound the slightest bit interesting?  |

I'd second that one. xP Actually, I think all making a map of the Ninja grounds would be a nice idea. That would make roleplays more sensible, because everyone would know what the other people were talking about. ^_^ (And yes, I do exist. ...I just hadn't posted yet.) |

The roleplay can be fights between the ninjas. We can even make a tournament! Yes... A tournament with a plot.
Sounds like a fixed one to me.
