I have a suggestion to make leadership more fun. Make different groups (2 at least) named Shinobi, Samurai, Sage, etc. then you can be differentiated in the Guild but still be a Guild. Also, you could hold a corny trivia and offer ridiculous prizes. Also, a Ninja Guild role-play would be fun too. I would like to mention that there is a Guild Wars (created by me) coming up in a bit and it will be for all Guild members. That will play out maybe with Pirates VS Ninjas agian or maybe even a controversy between Ninja and dividing up for the role-play. For that in the Ninja Guild you could have every member post their character. And of course we need people in charge of these things. I hope you find usefulness in these meager ideas. The guild groups sound interesting, but other input on that idea would be cool, too. I know often 'guild groups' don't work out in Neopets guilds, but it's possible it might here... someone want to create a thread to discuss that?
I can start the roleplay, and I also have an idea for a poll/discussion thread. ^_^

By the way, if we ever make a leader I vote Fj0rd now. She's like me with the Knights Guild.
The role-paly looks awesome, but I have to handle the Guild Wars for a while so I'll post in a bit. Nice job, fj0rd.

We need more ninjas for the Guild Wars roleplay by the way, if anyone's interested. Apparently we're orchestrating this whole big meetup between the mages and pirates and knights, or something. Or I am. Um. Does anyone have objections to me acting as ninja leader during the guild wars roleplay? >.> Just wondering, seeing as how that seems to be what Rider's getting at and I don't want to step on anyone's toes here.

Hmm. It would appear the Pirates are having elections for various positions on their boat, sorry, ship. Is anyone inclined to appropriate this idea shamelessly and adapt it for our use? >.>

It doesn't exactly work the same way in the Ninjas. I also don't think we're bi enough yet to do that.

I agree with Shinobi - I don't think a hierarchy would work well here, nor any assigned roles.
I kind of like being versatile ^_^
Shinobi - did you mean we aren't "big" enough to do that? Because I'm certainly not bi-anything, especially on the days when I'm torn between being your best friend and ripping your throat out ^_^
