Once the new Sensei is elected, with a substantial percent of the votes, they will be in charge of running the guild, sorting everything out, and moraleboosting and whatnot.
They will also be in charge of the election of the second in command, and this will be one of their first duties; implementing a rank system (or not, depending if they feel strongly against such a matter).
Anyway, off you go. Vote, vote, vote!
