Basically... what it says. What's your favorite ninja weapon, and why? I like the naginata even though it's pretty large and not easy to conceal without magic. Shuriken and/or kunai can also be useful, though, especially for taking down targets from a distance. ^_^

I'm a Katana and Kunai person really, but for the most part it has to be the Katana ^^

I'm fond of kama knives. Not necessarily a "true" ninja weapon, but they work very well and can even be disguised as farming tools *grins*
As for ranged, shuriken work very well, especially when combined with an appropriate "brew"... and I don't mean rum. Heh.
