As Rider said: We kept a demon belowdecks, and really, it did nothing more than try to eat a few of the weasels. XD
Let's take up the offer. I'll be advocating that- it'll be fun having some irrational cause to champion again (since anti-alcohol got lost so long ago...) And plus, money can both finance ship repairs and elaborate vengeance plans. ^_^
And we'll be losing the weasels if we don't go along with the plan to get infinite shinies.

I'm mainly in it because Kit reminds me of Reg Shoe with all this xD *always liked Reg Shoe* That, and he has the Precious >:3 And we still want it. Or at least learn more about it. Speaking of weasels, methinks it's time to bring back the rodent army. My idea was for the weasel general to plop back and tell Bloody Mary the story, which he can then relay to the crew, which'd bring us back to the question of the offer. Though I'd like to get the story with our little pyromaniac over first, due to vengeance and such, and I hate multitasking, always makes my brain loop. |

I'll edit them in. xD I was thinking more along the lines of those six who witnessed the dropping of the Precious into Mount Doom, I mean Kit's hands. That way we'd learn about the matter at hands, more so than the other guilds, in fact, and that'd also spur us to accept the offer. Thank the heavens my exam session ends tomorrow, this is gonna get intense >> |

Ah... well they're hardly likely to come back to me now that they've found an eternal provider of shinies, are they? XD I'll post on the main thread and give Kit the idea of sending them back with info.

I'm retired anyway, what'm I losing?[/glow] Well, as I told Chikkin here a couple minutes ago, it'd be a little weird to kick you and everyone not siding with the demons out of the crew, and then switch sides after that. Nothing's decided yet, methinks. At this point the pirates are present in the orchard, looking at the progress of things. We can still decide either way, based on the outcome. Even so, it won't be a definite. We may very well switch sides mid-war xDD (Hey, what do they expect? We're pirates. Our code of honor applies to ourselves only.) |

And our code is more like guidelines, really.
If we side against Kit, we'll still have the mages, and they'll probably owe us favors.
Or, I mean, we could side with the mages, then switch sides to help Kit, then switch sides again. ^_^

As a suggestion maybe you guys could try to snag the shiny while you're on your way out. It would certainly raise some conflict, and if you succeeded you would even have the shiny. That's a plus. Just throwing it out there.

Proposal for war: Me and Cyborg have been talking and we sorta-kinda-not-really came to the conclusion that the best way to get this war going is an old wounds scene between Keng/Cyborg and the pirates. So once Keng shows up she'll just have to go out of character and scream bloody vengeance on the pirates... or better yet! The pirates attack SF and then Keng will actually have a reason to scream bloody vengeance. I imagine one of the poor NPCs will have to bite a bullet. Anyways, thank for reading, I'll see you all in battle  |
