Because it feels like this place needs a new thread.
Anyway, I heard that other guilds were mapping out their places. (the Ninja guild at least) I thought we could do something similar. It would probably be impossible to make an actual map of the Manor, due to its nature, but I thought we could make a basic outline and list many of the features of our magnificent Manor. :3 Mostly for referencing during roleplays.
Here's what I have so far:
Ground level:
Front hall/entryway: the Manor will occasionally make visitors skip this and send them somewhere, either where they need to be most or where the manor wants them most.
Dining/eating room: This is near the center of the ground floor and is well protected.
Antechamber: Where the chair was discovered.
That meeting room place >_>: Where Ikkin told the first students a little about magic.
Below ground level:
The dungeon: A dark place that is controlled by thoughts in a way similar to the Underdeep.
Top floor:
Library: Holds many scrolls and spellbooks, as well as history books, maps, and other research material. A password is required to get into some of the restricted sections. The library takes up the whole top floor of the Manor.
Scattered throughout the Manor:
Various closets: These have miscellaneous uses and contain various things.
Secret passageway: Omni and Keng discover this in the GWRP.
Outside the Manor:
Forest (name currently unknown): A forest near the Manor that is filled with many magical creatures. Most of them friendly, but there are some dangerous ones.
Could be anywhere inside the Manor:
Training room: Where mages can practice their skills
Bedrooms: You should know what these are for.
Girl's bathroom/washroom: See above.
Boy's bathroom/washroom: See above.
Infirmary: Where hurt people come to get healed magically.
Teleporter room: Has a very powerful teleporter that can call to people from anywhere, and teleport them into the Manor.
Archmage's office: Where Ikkin does a lot of official stuff, I guess. It's connected to the Teleporter room.
Ikkin's bedroom: Ikkin's personal room. It has a blue-and-purple color scheme, (at least it did the last time I checked) a large canopy bed, and a large dresser with a mirror. It's also connected to Ikkin's personal bathroom, where a first-aid kit is stored, and to Ikkin's closet, which often holds her Knight's Guild armor, a feminine red skirt, and sometimes holds a hidden camera.
Pink emo corner: The Manor has it's own pink emo corner. This was used in a scene in the GWRP.
Storage room: Where most of the Manor's spare magic supplies are.
