Zari:
The first thing you'll want to do is to put a good strong sleeping spell on the cat. This will stop it from causing any (further?) damage. After that, see if you can figure out what DID happen to the cat. Are there any traces of this growing concoction around its mouth or spilled somewhere in the house? Does its breath smell like it's drunk some kind of medicine recently? If not, it's most likely been enchanted and you can safely use a shrinking spell on it or give it a shrinking potion. (Make sure the spell is performed correctly or the dosage of the potion is right; you don't want to end up with a toy-sized cat in place of a huge one.)
If the cat has indeed drunk a growing potion, things get a little more difficult. Do NOT try to make the cat vomit up the concoction, as this will only give it a sore throat. The magic in the potion has obviously already taken place. If there is any possible way you can figure out what potion your cat drank, do so at once. If you have a sample of the potion somewhere, have it tested to see what ingredients it contains. If you have the bottle it came in, look at the ingredients. If you have the ingredients, you can figure out how to make an antidote for your cat. This should be done by someone experienced with potions, so if you aren't, don't try it yourself. The antidote should work on the cat.
If you can't find the ingredients, the best thing to do would be to take the cat to a magical doctor, who should be able to take care of the animal. They can be rather expensive, however, so make sure you've exhausted all other resources first.
The fangirls can be taken care of with a simple illusion spell. All you need is for an illusion of Riku to appear in plain sight of the fangirls and then leave the house. The fangirls will follow, and you'll be rid of them. Try to get the illusion out of sight before making it disappear, or the fangirls will realize they've been tricked.

Zari, Zari, Zari. Getting rid of fangirls is easy. Simply make an illusion of Riku (or, if you're willing to devote extra time and materials, a bewitched dummy), and spell it so that it wanders as far away from your house as possible before the magic wears off, something like a time bomb. Set it loose, but make sure the fangirls don't see you or else they'll hound you for DEBAUCHERY! XD
Now for your cat. Different growth potions take effect at different rates and each may or may not show any side effects. Also, each of them may have specific solutions. Start researching as much as you can, starting with a generic antidote to at least keep your cat's growing at bay while you zero in on the specific cause and its corresponding solution. If you can't find anything, or if your cat continues to grow even after administering the antidote, seek out a magical veterinarian, or a magician with an affinity for animals, or should they be unavailable, an expert in potions.
Keep the cat away from anything that may endanger it or make things worse - and this is also a preventive measure in the future.

Dear Zari:
There are good news and bad news. The good news is your cat is not growing! ^_^ The bad news is you, your house AND the fangirls are actually shrinking. =O Quick! Go to the nearest Diagon Alley, buy a growing potion, and after you've drank from it and give some to the fangirls (but not too much!), spill the rest all over your house!
Yay, problem solved! =D
