There is also a general guide to the rooms of the manor here, which is still a work-in progress. Should you decide to explore on your own, be sure to knock before entering a Mage's room, and don't look at, touch, grab, poke, stick a body part into, read (aloud), eat, drink, open, *inhale* yell at, stare at, step on, step in, sit on, sit in, or otherwise disturb anything, no matter how innocent it my seem. You never know what may be enchanted, or what it may do to you. Failure to heed this warning could have dire results.Please enjoy your stay.  |

Hmm... I wonder why everyone's looking at me funny. Oh well. ^^;
As a precaution, is it okay if I engage my armor's force shield while touring the manor, or should I simply polarize it to avoid energy interference?

Hmm... Force shield would probably be better. I think it would be okay for you to use it. Even the mages more familiar wih the Manor can sometimes 'discover' something new.  You may still want to ask Ikkin though *looks for Ikkin* |

Since the majority of the force shield was created by castings, it probably won't cause interference issues. As long as nobody tries to zap me into a frog, things will go smoothly. Otherwise I may have to 'practice' my Earth magic here. <.< x3 |

EDIT: I'd like to join, but I can't find a mage signup thread, and the Guild Signup thread is kind of obsolete. Could I sign up here?

How many NSQ's does it take to steal a shiny?: One. She's very fast. Maybe more if the shiny is edible, and less if it is at night.

Erm… Well, we don't exactly have a welcoming committee set up for new mages. When I made this thread, I was kinda under the assumption that people would still be posting in the guild sign-up thread to really join guilds. So… welcome, new mages, I guess? (I'll modify this thread, sometime.  ) |
