Fiona was getting impatient. I need to create a distraction... she thought. Discretely, she created a ball of blue lightning, and stuffed it in her other sleeve. A few seconds later, a loud explosion was heard. Fiona smirked.
Dayna gasped. "What was that?" she asked.
"Gee, I don't know." replied Fiona. She sounded horribly fake.

((Forgot to say...the explosion was distant, not where we all are.))
Dayna frowned. "I know you caused whatever happened," she said to Fiona. "but I think we have to go check it out. Anyone with me?"

Fiona didn't say a word, but she just reached for something in her bag. She grabbed a golden chain with a crystal teardrop at the end, and held it tightly in the palm of her hand.

Fiona quickly took her chain out and pulled Dayna closer to her. "Hey! Let go of m--" before she could finish her phrase, her gaze landed on the crystal, which was now glowing. Dayna didn't know it, but slowly, memory by memory, her souvenirs were being switched with some that Fiona had invented, such as that Dayna was an orphan and Fiona had found her. Fiona smirked, but not for long. She heard a rustling noise and quickly put the pendant away, leaving the task she was doing undone. Dayna stared into space and, a second after, blinked. She winced confused. The true and false memories mixed up in her mind, causing her to be confused. She looked up at the lady in front of her. A voice in her head yelled to stand back, and that she was dangerous, and the other one kept repeating that she was friendly. She decided on one thing: to run. If the lady was good, she would go after her. So she ran away as fast as she could, into the woods. "Snudgerit! COME BACK!" she yelled. Dayna didn't listen. She ran and ran, until she collided with another person(one of you guys, it can be anybody). She got back up slowly, looking down. "S-sorry..." she murmured. She took a step back, still looking to the ground.
