Guild Restrictions Poll

This is the poll to figure out how people feel about a few of the guild restriction issues.

1. Currently a person needs 5 interested members to start a new guild. The proposal is that this be dropped and let people start new guilds as they wish (should they fit into the general guild framework/atmosphere).

2. Currently a person can only be in a max of three guilds (all alternate personae included). The proposal is that this should be done away with and that people can make their own decisions. Other points is that guilds would be allowed to set restrictions for their own groups. As well, a cooling off time between joining multiple guilds.

Seems most people are split on whether to allow new guilds to form when they want, but overwhelming support to get rid of the maximum limit on joining guilds.

Which is entirely flip-flopped from how I expected it to be.
