A CELL IN ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW - Stalos, dictator of Tabloid Town, has declared that he will "no longer put up with you peons walking all over me!"
This is in response to an incident in Tabloid Town where several members ignored one of his suggestions to increase the activity of members in the Tabloid threads. Claiming that he had been treated like a doorstop, Stal declared that he would make ignoring him a punishable offense.
Several members were thrown into prison in Administrative Review instantly, and your intrepid reporter herself only managed to escape this fate due to quick thinking and the ability to fly out of the dictator's reach.
Since then, the situation has been deteriorating until Tabloid Town became a veritable hotspot. Upset at his inability to track down all of his enemies and no longer satiated by his revenge, he turned to the rest of the mods and started imprisoning them one by one. Already, Rider, Crystal, Wanderer, and Chesh have been locked up, and it is said that his next target is the Lady Patjade herself. Tabloid Town itself received the brunt of his wrath, however, as new and more convoluted rules have been popping up left and right, from a percentage tax on adjectives to a mandate that requires all males in Tabloid Town to wear supply charts and all females to wear demand charts.
The most frightening of the dictator's new legislations is mandatory attendance to a public economics lecture given by the dictator himself.
Many residents of Tabloid Town have locked themselves up to try to avoid his legislations. One anonymous source said, "I heard that he once killed a man with economics... it's just self-preservation!"
One rumor says that Stal stole Rider's stuffed penguin before imprisoning her; a second says that he burned it before her eyes as a form of torture.
The most unfortunate victim of this whole sad situation, though, is Fenrix, who was doubly-punished due to her recent grab at Stal's throne (which had to be ended before it could be completed due to the kitsune Nobody's bedtime). She has, apparently, been stuck inside one of her own stories, by means this reporter has yet to determine. An attempt was made to get a statement from her, but it was impossible to get anything comprehensible from it.
According to Spot, Stal's wife, her husband's madness seems to be temporary, and she believes that he will go back to normal sometime soon. She implied that Kaizer might have been involved at one point in the interview. "I... really don't think he's... himself, if you know what I mean," she said. While this could just be figurative, the possibility that Stal's dark side has made a comeback might just explain his odd behavior all of a sudden.
Unfortunately, until someone can find out the true cause behind Stal's insanity and reverse it, we will all just have to deal with the regulations of a dictator who is actually willing to use his power.
