Kira nodded and another arrow appeared in her hand. It started glowing of a golden light, and she sent it straight at the demon. The light spread through his body and the arrow vanished once again. His wounds were still there, but they were smaller.

Maia had trouble hiding her awe. "Wow! Can you teach me any enchantments for my dagger, aside from poison dagger which I already know? Or enchantments for anything else, like armour?"

Kira smiled as the bow in her hand dissapeared as fast as it had appeared in the first place. She was always eager to teach magic to someone who was motivated. "Could you tell me your name first?" she asked.

Brandon explained to the girl,
"All I know is the ones I saw had red sashes with dragons going around it."
When Kira hit him with the arrow, he was ready to hew off her head before he died, but when it healed him, his mouth fell open.
When it hit the demon, his teeth clenched and he became angry.
"How oculd you do that? Dont you even know what demons ARE? They're evil! And that one in particular tried to kill me!"
Brandon snorted in disgust when Maia asked for help.
"I can do some pretty good spells myself..." he murmured.
He swore again and again to avenge his master.
Bloody fools, gaining up on him like that, and killingh him...
But why?

Marcus looks to Brandon, "I thought we went over this. You don't kill him. I'm sure Saturn won't let you live... None of you probably."
He shakes his head, "Why are you mad at this 'demon' of yours, anyway?"

Trying to FRY me is adequate for kicking you." Then his teeth clenched. "You're right. I DONT know what yo were doing ot my master. But I'm sure a DEMON is the last thing he could need." |

Kira tried to contain her anger, but it kept growing bigger with every word the squire said. At the end of his phrase, her rage exploded. "How DARE you talk about someone you don't even know like that?! If you want to become a knight, then you should learn that appearances aren't all!" she exclaimed in fury. She stormed away, her mind empty with anger.

Brandon looked at Kiera, bewildered. then he threw back his head and laughed. " 'Appearances arent all'? About a DEMON?" Brandon luaghed harder. "He's a demon. You know what that word means? It means an evil creature. Evil is the key word. And that demon proved it by trying to kill me." |

Brandon looked at Kiera, bewildered. then he threw back his head and laughed. " 'Appearances arent all'? About a DEMON?" Brandon luaghed harder. "He's a demon. You know what that word means? It means an evil creature. Evil is the key word. And that demon proved it by trying to kill me." Kira stopped in her tracks. "You have been definitely been reading too much fairy tales. What do you think about me? That I'm this cute little thing that throws a few sparks around and that's always trying to spread happiness around?!" she asked, her rage growing. |
