Maia shrugged. "That's odd ... a pike controlling the user whilst being controlled itself. But," she smiled "that'd be great if you could teach me a little pike skill. I hate being ignorant." Her impassive face turned a little flushed.

"If you want to learn how to fight that much, I could show you a bit of magic." Kira proposed.

Marcus looked at Maia, "It's not the pike. It's Saturn."
Marcus pulls out Saturn, a crystal, "This power is stronger than any force on this planet if used wrong. Saturn is my destiny, and my enemy."

Maia had a slight smile on her narrow face. "That's interesting, Marcus..." she said slowly and thoughtfully. She turned to face both Kira and Marcus. "That'd be great if you could both teach me something ... Even if it was just a little fairy magic or pike skill..."

"That'd be great if you could both teach me something ... Even if it was just a little fairy magic or pike skill..." Kira nodded. "Where do you want to start? There are many things that you can learn, healing, enchanment, just tell me where you want to start."

Maia quickly said. "Enchanting. I want to be able to enchant a sword, dagger or pike I make."

"Magic... Without a crystal? How?" Marcus shakes his head, "This place is weird!"

Maia turned to Marcus. "Don't ask me how I can cast magic. I really don't know. It's not that I know a lot ... I can controll animals and speak to them, and I have limited Ice/Water magic. I suppose I just will for the spell to come, and it comes. I'm lucky, I don't need a staff or anything, as I've seen many wizards with one."

"Whoa! You can do magic without anything too? Can all of you?" Marcus looks around, "You would all be rich if you went to Fytallas! You are so lucky... No chance of being controlled..."

Dragus walks around the room.
"Does anyone know where I can find some green or herbal tea? I haven't had anything to drink for hours now."
Dragus watches as everyone gives him a strange stare.
"Well, can you at least tell me where we are all at?"

If they are, I can learn magic too!"

Kira mindlessly made a gourd appear in her hand. "Here." she said, handing it to Marcus. " Enchantment is pretty easy, you just need to get the hang of it." she said, making a bow and arrow appear in her hands. She muttered a few words, and the arrow glowed of a golden light. She put in the arrow to the bow, and sent it speeding in direction of Brandon. It hit the target, and the golden light spread all around his body. The light dissipated and the arrow dissapeared. His burns were no longer.

"Wow! The only magic I know, is caused by Saturn. His magic isn't that great though. Hey... Isn't the 'demon' I tried to save, dying?"
He walks closer, "Well, I'm not actually sure, but on Fytallas when you looked like this, you were dying..."

(('bout time...))
The pain was lessening. That was good.
I felt like I was floating. That wasn't good.
I couldn't see through my wide-open eyes. That wasn't good, either.
I couldn't feel anything in my body besides my wound, even though I knew I was lying on my sword hilts.
So this was what it felt like to know that you were going to die. Not that the feeling wasn't familiar. I just had a whole lot more experience in life this time.
And this time, a dragon wouldn't be there to save my life. The children I had saved weren't there to ask the dragon to keep me alive after the wound.
And the dragons weren't there to save my life, even if the children had been.
