Pppfffff GAAAAAAAAAAANT *glomps Lombre's avatar* I've added you to the list, 'cause I just remembered that I'm the "leader" of this club. XD Any special title you want? Did I miss adding anyone else? Let me know. *blank stare of death* ...Ahem, yes, what were we talking about? xD Hmmm, a title. How about Turnabout Enigma? Sounds like it could be both a case and a dashing superhero/villain!

Since my last post, I've beaten all three of the Phoenix Wright games! *triumphant music* I haven't gotten to Apollo Justice or the Miles Edgeworth game, though, due to Pokemon gobbling up all my time. But there are more important matters to address. Most important, how amazing 2-5 was. This was by far my favorite case. Everything about it was just excellent! Honestly, the final trial was easily the most tense, nerve-wracking moment I've experienced in a video game in years. Every choice had me worried that either Matt Engarde would get away or that De Killer would off Maya. Speaking of Matt Engarde, the big reveal with him was marvelously done. I mean, at that point I knew Matt was a horrible person and the true criminal, but that moment when he pulled his hair back and the music changed to that evil version of his theme, it just clicked what a monster he was. (On a side note, was anyone else annoyed by how overused that music was in the third game?) I also have to give the developers credit for actually making me afraid of the Steel Samurai theme. I never thought that cheerful music could be so frightening until Phoenix's phone rang just before the raid of Engarde's place, which was also great. Plus there was Edgeworth's return, the multiple endings, and the fact that De Killer was one of my favorite characters in the whole series. Don't spoil the later games for me, but I really hope he reappears. In fact, the only thing that bothered me about the case was that there was still sunlight shining through the windows at 10:00 PM. That's right, that's it. I know it was like that in other cases as well, but somehow it took away a little of the tense atmosphere for me. And with that, I'm gonna shut up and stop rambling.

I assume by 2-5 you mean 2-4. But yes, that was a very intense and good case. ^^ --- Word from an interview with Capcom employees says that Ace Attorney Investigations 2 will not be released outside of Japan. When asked about whether it'll be localized, they simply said "The answer is no. Sorry about that." If you're curious/don't believe me, here's the link with the video: www.ustream.tv/recorded/13406869The mention of AAI2 is at 29:45. However, this could also mean that they're not considering it right now. We'd need more word on that beforehand if we want the game. (Though I've been apprehensive about it the entire time; I don't want the series to get too stretched out.) But that's the news for right now.

ARE WE NOT GOOD ENOUGH OR SOMETHING ;~;

Oh hey, so I sent a message to Capcom about the release of AAI2 in America, and this is the response I got:
...So at least that's vaguely promising? XD; Doesn't stop me from wanting to buy a Japanese copy though

I wouldn't hold my breath for it, but we might get lucky.
I mean, look at Monster Rancher DS. It was released in Japan 4 years ago with no hope for a release anywhere else... ._. and only just last year (4th quarter) did we get it. XD

On one hand, a Phoenix Wright movie is totally why the fail. On the other hand, I guess it's not that different from all the legal dramas that are on TV (minus the oddball-factor). ... Yeah, I'd watch it.
Can't say the live actors look much like their characters though (they seem too young! D:). But, I guess it's sorta' hard to imagine any live actor that fits an anime style character...
I don't have much knowledge of anime-turned-live action (except for that Dragonball Z abomination), so I wonder if they're going to try to stay true to the characters' crazy anime hair. If they do, I can't imagine this movie looking like much more than a big-budget cosplay. XD
