Why not? I've only got Apollo Justice, but if it's any indicator of the others, I must say, Capcom knows their plot twists; and how to abuse them.
I'm Turnabout Turnip. :B

AJ was so very predictable, though. Unlike T&T, which plot twisted me into a pretzel, and I didn't see it coming.

Predicta— I'm sorry, what? I hope you mean in comparison to Phoenix' games. XD Well, yeah. I figured out all of the cases like really easily in AJ. It was just... easy. There were no plot twists for me because I noticed just about every little hint they gave. e_e While in Phoenix's AA games... I usually didn't figure things out until the end. JFA just looooved fridge logic, so progressing was the most difficult thing. XD In T&T, I just never knew what was going to happen next. XD

XD Judge: Phoenix Wright, did you steal candy from a candy store? Phoenix: Yes, I did… HOWEVER!!!!!!!! It was actually poisoned candy, that a little girl had been eyeing! I had to protect her! Little Girl: You weren't protecting me, you were interfering with my investigation! Phoenix: wat Little Girl: I'm really undercover agent Babyface. I was assigned the task of looking into reports of poisoned candy, when YOU stole a critical piece of evidence right out from under my nose! There's more, too. The candy you took? It had been placed there by none other than… THE DEFENDANT! ISABELLE NOISY! Judge: What? Really? Babyface: Yes, Your— Phoenix: OBJECTION! Isabelle couldn't have done that, Your Honor! She had been with me all day, in my apartment! Judge: Oh. Well, in that ca— Wait, why was she in your apartment all day? She's supposed to be under house arrest while the case is ongoing! Phoenix: … Uhh, she was under house arrest for my apartment? =D? Isabelle: No, I wasn't. Phoenix: Explain, please. Isabelle: I was worried someone might try to assassinate me for my previous job as a corrupt politician, so I asked my grandmother to pose as me while I hid. Phoenix: OH GOD THAT WAS AN OLD PERSON Isabelle: She's actually only 19. Phoenix: … Isabelle: We adopt while we're young. Creates stronger family bonds, since we're closer in age. Phoenix: Okay! Judge: SHOW ME YA MOVES!

Yeah, like that. 8D
JFA is like...
In order to catch a character lying about the windmill being in service the day of the murder, you have to present a pencil that you found in a random trashcan on the first day of the case. The character will first deny that they've ever seen the pencil before, but Phoenix will suddenly reveal that it has the logo of the company that their father works for when you present their own profile to them! =O After this, the character will break down and admit that the windmill wasn't working, and that their alibi is severely weak now.
Then it's court time, soon you will have to cross-examine their testimony about the windmill. On the sentence "The windmill was bright yellow." You must present the trashcan for seemingly no reason. =O Why not present the pencil again? 'cause that's too obvious, silly! but anyway, the Judge will question how the trashcan has any relevency, this is when Phoenix miraculously deducts that the trashcan was what actually caused the windmill to stop working on the day of the murder!!! H0mG. The court takes a recess, and Phoenix hints that he must find out how and why the trashcan was the real murderer.
It turns out the real murderer was the windmill. =D
... and other fridgey logic like that. XD

XD It's like a dream, really: hundreds of plot twists in a single installment, and none of them make any sense at all.

XDD I still remember the shock I had when playing 1-5. "Lalala, this is easy enough. I can finish off this case tonight." Hours later: "o.o DOES THIS CASE NEVER END?! And why is nothing making sense?!"

Ohmygosh, Phoenix Wright fanclub?! Must join! Must!
I've yet to play Apollo Justice, but I've finished the three Phoenix games. My dear boyfriend has never stopped teasing me about the supposed crush I have on a certain character-- apparently in his bizarro universe, calling someone a moron and repeatedly expressing a wish to smack them upside the head is evidence of romantic affection.
Favourite cases: Turnabout Goodbyes, Rise From The Ashes, Bridge to the Turnabout
Favourite minor character: Lotta Hart (even better, in the French translation she has an accent I recognise!)
