Regarding Neopets Spoilers

Hey guys,

This is a friendly reminder to keep any unreleased Neopets information hidden in spoiler tags until they become common knowledge on the site itself. Some members would prefer not to know about these new features before they're released on the website, so please keep them in mind when discussing upcoming features on the forum.

(As a reminder: create spoiler tags with [ spoiler ] text here [/ spoiler ])

Things to keep in spoilers until they're released on Neo:
-New pet colors
-New games/items
-Information for site events (ie Daily Dare, Altador Cup)

Once they've been released on New Features/become common knowledge on the Neopets website, they no longer need to be placed in spoiler tags. If you're unsure about something, be on the safe side and put it in spoilers.

This goes for thread titles as well; for instance, use "New Chomby Colors" rather than "Gold and Orange Chombies" if posting before the New Features release.

Finally, one sidenote: when creating an unreleased pet colors thread, please remember to edit the post with the colors once they're released. If you're prone to forget this sort of thing, perhaps let someone else who will remember create the thread.

Hey guys! Just to let you know, we've added a little clarification to the first post about spoilers in thread titles. It might be worthwhile to give the entire post a reread, as we've had some slip-ups with Neopets-related spoilers lately =)
