a. The whole event was great in my opinion. I missed a bit of it though... Never an entire theme, so it was fine. b. The timing worked, but around this time of year, people like to have holiday themed profiles. c. I think that after the initial voting, if there are ties, vote on the things that were tied. That way, the dice don't simply decide for us. d. Maybe a Spirit Weeks Roleplay? You start as one character... Then when the theme changes, you are the new character, but in the exact same setting as the old one. (Note, this will be using Movie/TV/Book and NT characters, since they are the simplest to give examples for) (The plot is just some random thing I thought of. I don't know who any of the invaders are, it's just a generic plot)
etc etc
As you saw from Mallos to Tom, the goals and such can change dramatically. Also, Shekk tried to get RS's attention, but if the theme changed before that was answered, it would be treated as if the new character's name was said. (I know I cut off the posts at weird points, because these are all three my characters, I could have continued it, but I wanted examples for how it could work.)
It would be completely chaotic, but that would be the fun in it.
Also, aren't Spirit Weeks IRL before a big sporting event like homecoming? I'm thinking that at the end of Spirit Weeks, there should be some sort of competition. Since it is usually against another school IRL, maybe another website? Say, NTWF Mods/Admins vs. JN Staff or something? I have no clue what the competition would be, though.

a. Oh my gosh. I loved Spirit Week. :3 As a kid, I was one of the people that enjoyed dressing up. This was kind of like that, except a thousand times more fun. And it was awesome seeing what everyone else dressed up as. I can't think of any negative points, and I don't think there are any. I'm just disappointed I missed the last half because I was away. D:
b. I'd have liked it to go on forever. xD Two weeks was a good length... but I can't help but wish it had gone on a little longer. (:
c. Yessss. =D Loved them. <3
d. Maybe add a few more themes? It's great the way it is. ^__^

a. What did you enjoy about the event? What was not as much fun? I really enjoyed getting into a new profile and the challange of actually becoming the character that you are dressed up as. I am very hard-pressed to find something not fun about it but it was probably the initial awkwardness of a new profile but that is normal. ^^
b. Was the timing (two week event, three days for each theme) a good length, or too long/short? What would you change? I was alright because while it got enough time for actual displaying of the profiles, it didn't allow people to get bored of the thing they were. I would change the timing of this event as it being during the holidays, people had to go away a lot.
c. Did you like the themes selected? Any change you would make to the selection process? They grew on me as a few of the themes I would have initially preferred didn't get picked. However a poll is a fair way to selecting so I don't think any change should be made.
d. Would you like to add additional activities to the Spirit Weeks to make it more of an event? If so, what? Something else would definitely be nice but...I'll come back to you on that one. =3

[glow=red,2,300]A customer survey? Dan, you outdo yourself. a) I definitely enjoyed it. Everyone needs an excuse to dress up, online and IRL. b) The timing was alright. ^_^ c) The Anything Goes theme kind of made me 0_o because I thought it defeated the purpose. But people chose it and they did have fun with it. d) I can't think of anything. ^_^; [/glow]

[glow=red,2,300]A customer survey? Dan, you outdo yourself.[/glow] >__>; I like to know what people thought of these sorts of things. XD Thank you, come again. ^_^ ...and you guys are confusing. XD I kept thinking that since so many of you switched profiles early that each theme went on too long. But I'll think about it and try and come up with a solution for next time. Thanks for all the feedback. =)

Thanks for all the feedback. =) The length worked for me all right, but it might work better for me if it were either longer or shorter. Shorter = less time to get bored with one profile. Longer = if I get bored with one profile after two days, I still feel like I can make a quick change to a different costume under the same theme. If the themes are three days and I get bored with my profile after two and a half days, I'm more likely to change for the next theme than I am to go for a different profile under the same theme.

Thanks for all the feedback. =) It felt short for me because it seemed just as soon as I settled on a profile for one theme, people were already changing to the next theme. It was like I couldn't keep up. ;-; Maybe next time we could go by like NST time for when the next official theme starts so there won't be the problems with time zone differences. BTW, PFA, Who is Larissa Jeniver? See your post on fireworks = Larissa didn't explain things. xDD

(4.) Maybe some sort of RP thread? Except that people who want to RP are already doing so on the bloids. xD No, no real ideas. Yeah, but you could only play with whoever's online that wants to roleplay. ((I, personally have been running into trouble where I'd jump into the 'bloids in-character and people would pretty much ignore the costume and address me, making it difficult to roleplay and ruining the fun.)) And usually it was just chatting in-character. I mean, sometimes we'd end up in an adventure, or at least an interesting conversation, but for the most part, it was small talk. …Say, maybe now we could make a thread in the RP board where we play as people we impersonated, either just because we want more roleplay, or as an event tied in with Spirit weeks. All in favor? *raises hand* ((No, you wouldn't have to play as all the characters you dressed as if you don't want to. I know it would be too much for me. *did nine different characters, including Infranscia*)) *goes more in-character* Spirit Weeks, eh? Too bad I came in at the end of it. It looks like it was fun.

a. I liked dressing up as my favorite characters, of course. <3 Impersonating is always fun. Though probably my favorite part was when we were all IC on the 'bloids. Now those were some serious good times. b. I honestly thought the three days thing was way short. ^_^;; Though that might have been mainly because I wasn't spending a lot of time on the NTWF in general, and thus not a lot of time to play around in my new profile anyway. Like others have said, having it at holiday time probably wasn't the best idea. c. Well, I know a few of the themes didn't initially sound that appealing to me, mainly because I didn't really know what I'd dress up as for the said themes. But when the themes actually came around, I got all excited once I decided what to dress up as, so it was all good. :3 d. ...The RP thing people have mentioned sounds really awesome, since as I previously mentioned, the IC-ness was my favorite part about the whole deal. Other than that, I have no ideas. BTW, PFA, Who is Larissa Jeniver? See your post on fireworks = Larissa didn't explain things. xDD Oh, she's the main character from one of my games-in-progress. :3 She also happened to be the one who kept demanding fireworks in my site's anniversary Flash animation.

Type as your display name and it'll show as a space. ^_^ I dressed up as Shino because I wanted to get in his pants. >.> Why? Is there candy in there?! :D Yeah!!! It's a lollipop! ^___^ Ahh, Shino.... I love you. :tear:
