I'll bet none of you would have guessed that I would dress up as this person... but here I am. ^_^ It's a shock, isn't it?

Thus, I wrap up the Spirit Weeks with one of my favorite female Code Geass characters. ^_^

As the Spirit Weeks are dwindling down, I'd just like to say a few things: 1. There is a shiny new badge that you can request if you participated in the Spirit Weeks. ^_^ No requirements besides dressing up at least once. Go ahead and request it over on the Profile Change thread if you'd like it. 2. Should there be another Spirit Week event in the future, I'd like to know what worked and what didn't with this one, so it may be improved. If you could answer a few questions: a. What did you enjoy about the event? What was not as much fun? b. Was the timing (two week event, three days for each theme) a good length, or too long/short? What would you change? c. Did you like the themes selected? Any change you would make to the selection process? d. Would you like to add additional activities to the Spirit Weeks to make it more of an event? If so, what? And finally, I'd just like to say that this was far more successful than I ever imagined, and I'm pleased to see that people had a good time with it. =) I hope it was an enjoyable few weeks!

a. I liked it all! ^_^ No bads about it. b. Just perfect, I think. It allowed everyone a chance to participate. :) c. I liked 'em. Next time, I'll just have to get in on it earlier, tha's all. xD d. Maybe, but adding too much might make it less accessible to everyone.
You've done a great job, Dan. You deserve a round of applause! *clapclapclap*

a. What did you enjoy about the event? What was not as much fun? I enjoyed seeing everyone dressed up as different things. XD I even participated... kinda. I changed my avatar/signature... but nothing else. (as you can see right now)
b. Was the timing (two week event, three days for each theme) a good length, or too long/short? What would you change? I thought it was a little too short... but then again, I don't like changing my profile often. I prefer to use an avatar for a while before changing it. Also, most people started certain themes early.
c. Did you like the themes selected? Any change you would make to the selection process? Sure, the themes were good. Some variety for future Spirit Weeks would be good, too.
d. Would you like to add additional activities to the Spirit Weeks to make it more of an event? If so, what? *shrug* I can't think of anything.

a. What did you enjoy about the event? What was not as much fun? It was fun to see everyone dress up and try to guess who was who. I didn't really get the last one, because it wasn't really particular. So it was a bit sad to not have a unifying theme for that. b. Was the timing (two week event, three days for each theme) a good length, or too long/short? What would you change? I thought it was too short, but that might be because people kept changing a day early. c. Did you like the themes selected? Any change you would make to the selection process? All except the last one for the aforementioned reasons. I thought the poll was a good process. d. Would you like to add additional activities to the Spirit Weeks to make it more of an event? If so, what? ...I don't really know. I don't want to add a competitive aspect to it, because that would suck the fun out of it.

a. What did you enjoy about the event? What was not as much fun? I liked when people were in-character in the 'bloids. Makes for fun and unusual roleplays. …Not as much fun? Nothing I can think of out of the top of my head.
b. Was the timing (two week event, three days for each theme) a good length, or too long/short? What would you change? Three days per theme seemed short to me, but then again, I haven't been as active and I've been changing my profile more often than usual, so it feels like I didn't get to do each character long enough. As for when it was done… I would have preferred sometime when I wouldn't be playing with my new toys, erm… presents, meaning less time gaming and whatnot and more time online, 'bloiding and such. (Although changing themes for the new year was kinda fun.)
c. Did you like the themes selected? Any change you would make to the selection process? Pretty good themes. No complaints.
d. Would you like to add additional activities to the Spirit Weeks to make it more of an event? If so, what? Yes, although aside from RPing, I don't have any ideas.

(1.) I liked picking and making profiles for characters That was good. (2.) I would have liked a bit more time to figure out what to do for each theme. As you can see, I finally picked something for Anything Goes after two days had already gone by xD But this probably had more to do with bad planning on my part. (3.) I liked the themes; they were general enough so that people had room to do something they liked. (4.) Maybe some sort of RP thread? Except that people who want to RP are already doing so on the bloids. xD No, no real ideas.

a. I liked the event because it was so funny what other people would come up with! But I was always afraid to change too much, because I don't know where I could save my old info b. I liked the timing c. I liked the themes, but to have the same themes again would be boring... d. No, not really.

As per the issue of people changing too soon, I think that was mostly due to vastly differing timezones. And I think think the time was great--right at the end of the year! ^_^ a. I liked the event because it was so funny what other people would come up with! But I was always afraid to change too much, because I don't know where I could save my old info :P The User Notes box (under the signature box on the Modify Profile page) is a great place to store all that information when it's not in use. ^_^

I decided to be an underscore! =D I wanted to be a space but Proboards wouldn't let me. Type as your display name and it'll show as a space. ^_^ I dressed up as Shino because I wanted to get in his pants. >.> Why? Is there candy in there?!

a. I loved dressing up for every theme. Being a seasoned forum Impersonator, it was absolute fun. So yeah, I don't think there was anything I disliked. b. I agree with everyone else - we could stretch each theme into an entire week, because sometimes it's a bit of a hassle to change every three days. Plus, it would be more fun if we were dressed up much longer. ^^; c. Well, some of the themes I suggested made it, so yeah, it was all good. XD We could have another batch to vote on next time though, but if some themes are liked enough to be repeated, then we can go for it. d. Can't think of any right now; it's all right the way it is (except for the duration, of course, which I think would be better if each theme was extended into a week, as I've said before)

Guessing from this board, I would say it wasn't. But for people who didn't like a particular theme, or couldn't think of something for it, they were eager to get onto the next theme. This poses a dilemma because invariably some people will like each one and some won't. c) I think the method of theme selection was great. I would propose, just to keep it interesting, that we try not to repeat themes if we do this again. d) Yes, an activity would be fun, but I cannot think of one. Sorry. Overall: A great idea. Do it again.
