To help celebrate NTWF's 6th Birthday this year, I am offering yet again, another mind twisting puzzle for you to solve.
Like last year's puzzle, an empty grid and a list of clues are all you get to begin with. Your job is to solve the riddles and find the missing grid pieces that are scattered around the forum. Once you find a piece of the puzzle, all you have to do is enter it into the grid. In no time, you will complete the puzzle and a beautious picture will beam its glowing rays of pure pixelly goodness upon your eager eyes.
The rules are fairly loose.
Just don't post answers or grid pieces for all to see, and we're all good. Also, please do not IM/PM answers to all of your buddies once you figure them out. Afterall, they should earn the reward, too. The fun is in cracking the puzzle with effort, aferall.
You are allowed to share hints with others, and I encourage you to work together to finish this.
My tips are to think in, out and all around the vicinity of the box on these clues. I promise you that they are not as straight-forward as last year's. (that's 'cause this year I organised this all by myself, and I'm evil )
but wait! There's an added bonus to my puzzle this year. Not only will you have the bragging rights, but you will also win a fabulously shiny badge to display on your profile with pride. The badge is available to win all through the month of October, so that gives you lots o' time to conquer the puzzle.
What do you do once you've completed the puzzle?
Save your completed puzzle picture and PM it to me, along with a list of the locations of the pieces.
(single-word answers on the list are okay. Example:
1. the "I love pie" thread
2. on Kit's hat
... etc.)
GOOD LUCK!
(all puzzle pieces for last year's puzzle will have a yellow background, don't confuse them with this year's pieces. If you've found one and you're not sure which puzzle it belongs to, just PM it to me and I will be happy to clear anything up.)
