I quite like this. The candy corn beak is a nice touch, and there's just enough detail to keep you interested, but not to overdo it. :3 Candy corn feet would have been nice as well.

Heh, it's cute! ^_^ The beak stands out...a little too much for my taste, but it's still good.

Definitely adorable, but I think there's a little bit too much whipped cream.

Maybe this is just me, but I dislike that we talk about colors before they're actually released. Judging from the Robot Slorg lately, TNT might decide to change it.
Anyway, I digress.
I like his beak, but I dislike his body. The white part looks too undefined. But it may just be that I dislike Pteris since the redraw so... *shrugs*

Just my opinion, but if the feet were candy corn–colored, I think it would be too busy. Orange and white and yellow stripes are awfully distracting, and multicolored stripes in general tend to add a bit of weight to artwork, so I think leaving it to the beak alone was a smart decision.
I definitely like how the chest feathering is a bit smeared, which makes it (and the underfeathers and feet) look like white chocolate. The swirls could have been too much, but they feel right at home for some reason.
It would have been neat if the white around the eyes was a lighter/darker shade of brown, but I can't complain about it.
… *Is incredibly biased since he <3s Pterii*
