Questions about a Series

I have some questions about a series. Some are opinion, others are more of...Well, opinion, I guess.

1. Is it good to go over the plot in each part? (i.e if in the end of part 1, a spotted crybaby aisha named Gwyn Li said that Ajennsis's best friend could be dead, should I find some way to just remind readers of what happened in my next part somewhere???)

2. Is it better to have plain, or somewhat inventive names? (Should my aisha, for example, be named something normal like Jane; something magical like Gwyn Li; or something different like Star?)

3. Do all the series have to be closely related to Neopets??? Because mine is more of just a story starring neopets...(The Gelert prince falls ill, and his two best friends try to figure out the culprit, and what is happening to their precious kingdom) Does it have to be more Neopets-related???

1. It's good if you can weave it in nicely. I mean, saying, "In the last part, this guy starts on his journey, and the faerie chases after, and..." just isn't good. If there is a subtle way to do it, it would be much better. If not, don't do it. They can always just click on the link on the side of the page.

2. Your preference. It all depends on the story for me. Whatever you think fits.

3. Mm...I think it's better to have it really about Neopets, but what you describe seems to be within that realm, so I think you're fine.

1. You don't have to, but a quick summary could be useful in refreshing the reader's memory.

2. Use any names you like; they don't have to be lengthy or even made-up. It's your choice.

3. Yes, it does have to be pretty much tied into Neopets. But if you make the characters Neopian, the places Neopian, and some items or other features Neopian, it'll be fine. (For example: "The two Neopets ordered Tchea Fruit in the Lost Desert.")
