Pirate looks more like a commodore than a pirate, but it actually looks good.
Plushie is adorable as well, although I think the eyes may be slightly off.
And the mad scientist clothing: Whoa, that's really good.

I like them both. The plushie isn't too over the top, and looks very cute, and the pirate is very dashing. Like the sort of pirate who'd come to your rescue.
I don't think the clothes they released today looked good, though. >.< Nifty when not on a Ruki, not so good when they were actually displayed on a pet.

I love both the Plushie and Pirate Rukis.
And I love the ourfit Komori posted. It reminds me of my Spacefleet roleplay character.

Pirate is very dapper, but it looks much more like a naval officer than a pirate, you know? I'm not complaining, but it's not very... "Yarrr!".

I love the new Rukis. Personally, I favor the Pirate Ruki over the Plushie XD; The Pirate Ruki reminds me of Commodore Norrington from Pirates of the Caribbean, you know?

Plushie: Too much green for me.. would be nice to see another patch or two.. maybe on his forehead. Looks kinda.. MSPP... like he's gonna attack you in the middle of the night. XD
Pirate: Looks cool, but looks like an officer of some sort. o-o;; If you can afford it, I'd get the clothes and put it on a nicer color. =3
