Yeah, when I first saw the male Royal Koi, I thought it did resemble King Kelpbeard. Both of them look phenomenal

I adore those clothes! The male Koi's crown looks a bit like it's been pasted on, but the other clothes seem almost draped. I like the colour scheme, particularly on the female Koi, and I think there's plenty of detail without them looking too cluttered. If I still had an unpainted Koi, he'd be Royal quick as winking. Particularly with those kingly eyebrows. xD

At first I thought they looked a bit plain, but when I look better I think they're really nice, actually. I hadn't noticed the male's eyebrows, but they look kingly indeed.  I think they could have adjusted the male's crown to fit on a dorsal fin, though. I really like the colours, they're so aquatic, and yet so royal! The touch of seaweed on the female is very nice too. And the amulets will look great on any Koi. A job well done. ^^ |

These look great! I think the male's crown is a bit askew; I think they could have played with the design to make it work. But the colors are really nice, and I like the clothes. I'm not a big Koi fan, but these are really nice. ^_^

The King Kelpbeard male koi is so adorable! I don't really get how fish can have bushy eyebrows, though. =O

I'm not a fan of kois but I think they're great! Especially the male one, looks a lot like King Kelpbeard XD I love the female koi's outfit too, the amulet is pretty =O
