Selm: I think the wand might be a bit out of place... you could try the Twisted Golden Stave instead, it's about 200k on the trading post. It doesn't match the monochrome thing you have going on but I think it's closer. That's a really pretty customization, though! So the bouncing meep foreground is strangely magnificent. I'm linking the .swf because. Just... behold.

The item Magical Golden Markings makes it possible to add a bit of color to an already existing color scheme. One can still add clothing on top of this. This is a great item to have. I hope they add more items such as this. People have longed to double paint pets or add other colors to them. This is great! It looks best on shadow or Stealthy, I think.
Possible future markings could be scales, a pearly sheen, sprinkles, colored but transparent sugary crystals, flowers, lint/dust, flies for stinky pets, stench lines for stinky pets, bumps/rash, scars/scratches, heat waves, sweat/dew drops, anything really!

The markings themselves seem reaaaaaally busy on any pet other than a colorfill, but I like that they're branching out into full-body markings. (Not that my pets ever go without clothes, so it'd probably be hard to see anything, but still)

O customization gurus of the NTWF, I need your advice! I'm nearly done with my customization for ZaalKoris: impress.openneo.net/outfits/674884 <-- He has everything here except for the boots. But the boots are kind of bothering me. They clip through his right arm in a weird way (which isn't just a Dress to Impress glitch, since it happened when I tried them on him in the NC Mall). Do you guys think that stands out too much, or is it overlookable? What would be some good alternatives? I like the Arid Ruki boots well enough but since he's supposed to be a Space Nomad and not just a nomad, I wanted to go with something sleeker... same for his hands (though I probably won't give him gloves at all, to show off his color more).

Well, you could go with the AAA Host Shoes and keep it an NP-only set. They're a similar style and don't clip, but they're slightly less shiny and a somewhat different color (more of a burgundy). There's also the Elegant Gear Boots which don't go as high and are black, but have little gear decorations on them; and Embers Boots, which look substantially more spacey and kinda fit into the AAA Host Shoes color camp (plus orange stripes).
For NC stuff, there's Moltara Inventor Shoes which also have a bit of yellow spacey decoration but otherwise fit similarly to your original boots, sans clip. EDIT: Looking at it more closely, they're actually identical other than the clipping and the decoration. Downside is that it's been retired for a couple years; it used to be the bonus item to an old superpack.

I'm curious, how would one go about purchasing a particular neopoint wearable if they don't know it's worth? I have an entire wishlist of various things I'd like, but I either can't find them at all, or else they're only available on one of those trading post threads where the person says "PURE" or "You know what it's worth!" when no, I don't know what it's worth. I mean I could neomail and ask, but I feel like that'd be opening myself up to being lied to and overcharged for my ignorance. >>
I used to assume I could get more or less any neopoint wereable if I was patient enough about restocking the clothing shop, but then someone pointed out to me that some of them are actually sold in other places so... help?

I usually check Jellyneo's item database to get a ballpark price. And even then, I feel like most wearables DO slowly go down in price. Unless it's a fantasy-esque item for a popular pet (Xwees, Draiks, Kacheeks, etc). Then those things seem to stay UB. @_@

Komori As far as I can tell, Jellyneo only gives the restock price...? I imagine that would happen as more come into the market, yeh. My current wishlist has two uni items, a lutari item, a bori item, and then two things that are not species-specific. All of them are proving equally elusive.

There should be a box under the item info labeled "Shop Wiz Price" or "Trading Post Price". Alternatively, if an item is currently priced, the price will appear under its name when you search for it. Newer items usually take a month or more to be priced, depending on the rarity, though extremely rare items might have their prices cleared from time to time. Which items are you looking for? From what I can see most, if not all, of the current Bori wearables are priced under 100k, though Uni and Lutari items are a bit more popular and pricy, and they had new sets released in March and April.

Maybe Jellyneo is just having issues with some of the items because there are so few of them available? Dunno. These are the ones I'm looking for.

It's awesome that TNT is going to start to add those little coat-hangar icons to all the wearable clothes. Super handy!
