I figured this might be the best place to ask...
Does anyone have the old Darigan Mynci art? I mean the OLD, old art? Even the New Features where it was introduced has the redraw now. (Why didn't they just keep the old art as UC, instead of the redraw which looks almost like the customization pose anyway?) You can also find it on this page as well. |

Thanks for your help, guys, but both of those are the redraw (it was done pre-customization). I haven't been able to find the old art anywhere.
Edit: AHA. Found it in an old Caption Contest, but if anyone has the poses saved somewhere I'd love that.

Ah, thank you, Coaster! I'd been looking for that one too - the long, slinky one! I wish it hadn't gotten genericized with the mynci art update, because it was pretty awesome. Also, thank you so much, Kooky  Now, if I may ask a question in a similar venue. Am I just being delusional, or was the Maraquan Gelert originally released as a pinkish-purple octopus-type thing, and everyone hated it so much that they redesigned it into the new, sleek Maraquan Gelert of today? (well, what's now the UC) I've been searching for that art too, like the old Darigan Mynci, but I've had no luck, and I'm starting to think my memory is just confused. |

Today, as a reward to myself for finishing my coursework this term, I splurged some NC on an outfit for Xurray ^o^  The only part of her outfit I'm not too happy with is the background. If only it had an amber sky, it would be perfect. The purple is just a bit too much. I can't find anything better at the moment, though. Sooo, I put this together on Dress to Impress. It's a rough draft of my design plans for Odyr, my new Lutari! I'm planning on making them some kind of water-themed magic user. Items used: Does anyone have any suggestions for NP wearables I could use or take away? I'm wondering whether or not the wand looks out of place in particular, but I like the blue gem, and I think it adds to the magical quality. |
