I'm gonna post EVERYTHING to do with my NaNo here... I encourage others to do the same, and have their own threads. It's really fun to keep your own little board, and it can help you organise your notes and stuffles.
For now, I'm just making the thread. I'll put up the pictures of Tameron for you to see, as he's the only character I've really got detailed right now.

I finally drew up Liesel here, and named her! X3 I like Liesel, it's very German, and seems sorta odd for a fantasy story... kinda like Liesel. No sexy elven hotties here, just grubby semi-feral mutant 15 year olds.

It's a really sketchy pic, I might redraw it... but I'd rather practice doing some writing and really getting into my characters, as well as now trying to think of how they'd interact. I also need to draw up a world map, as my land crosses a lot of climate zones. It's like a gash up the center of the world.

Next year I'll probably do fanatasy, mind you. I'll have more time to prepare. Anyway - I both the pictures, ecspecially all of those fly-away hairs in Liesel. ^_^

Literary Snapshot 1#
Tameron felt his boots sink in the damp earth, as the rain grew steadily heavier. He huddled beneath the thickest canopied tree, pressing his back hard against the trunk.
For the first time, possibly in his entire life, he didn't know where he was. It was not an experience he enjoyed, and he found himself tightly clutching a thick branch of dead wood, shrinking into the overcoat of a deceased drug addict and muttering about smacking the crap out of anything that came within 20 feet of him.
((These aren't supposed to be perfect in structure, just an idea of characters ^_^))

img.photobucket.com/albums/v205/tracypaper12/MapJPG.jpgReferred to as its inhabitants as the "tear in the ocean", it spans over half the longitude of the globed earth. It is the location of my story, and I have named most of the places... and shown the route of the heroes. I still need to name the 4 continents.

So I begin... it's gonna be a tough week, I have a Biology deadline... but I want at least 1000 words by Friday. Sunday I'll catch up, and hopefully then it'll all get a little easier.

T_T *envies your literary and art skills* Making a map isn't really art XD You just gotta know how land behaves... to a degree, and know roughly what shape you want your continent. Then you just stick stuff on it >>
