Hmmmmm . . . any sad-sounding song from Enya or Up Dharma Down. My story's gonna be sort-of a sad one . . . well, the setting's in Neovia. what do you expect?!? 0_o *mutant yooyu'd*
Or maybe even Utada Hikaru's "Sanctuary" . . . wait, that's Guild wars. 0_o *mutant yooyu'd*

Well since I'm winging this years with no actual plot in mind, any song will due. ... Which is pretty much anything except country. Last time Low (rap song) came on I made an exercise scene. xD

I'm very picky about what I listen to while writing. So usually, I try not to. The first day, though, I was having trouble keeping focused, so I started listening to a lot of high-speed, tense music... I had on some music from the Death Note soundtrack and some from Advent Children, and some DDR music like Era (which happens to be one of my character themes). X3
Speaking of which, I only have two character themes so far, which is a pity, and I'm trying to come up with more.
Era (nostalmix) - ... well, Era's theme. XD She was actually named for the song, and it stuck. Fate of the Unknown (from KHII:FM+) - the Spiral's theme.

I vote this thread should be stickied... Anyway. XD I read the first post and I was like HOMG KILLERS! I love them. But I haven't really gotten into a good writing rhythm yet. But I turn on the Indie station on my Yahoo Radio most of the time. I'll probably post back here later once I figure out where my novel's going.

Whether I like it or not (which I do, thankfully), I'm going to end up listening to Neverwinter Nights 2 music. And possibly Star Wars. Along with silence, buzzing computers, and meowing cats. xD And sometimes, in the morning, music of my own choosing. Like Impera (by Era). Which is probably going to be the only constant in my playlist, but whatever.
