I like the dub. XD Be nice to the duuub. =( YTV is still showing it, its on every Friday night after Death Note. ^_^ (they like to change their schedule a lot anyway XD) I hope they don't decide to fall behind aswell. Does anyone know what's with the random english line they slap onto the end of the D-TechnoLife intro? That isn't anywhere in the actual song.

Hey, does anyone know why Bleach suddenly disappeared from Cartoon Network? The Saturday slot was replaced by Death Note, which I could deal with, but then the weekday slot was replaced by *shudder* Shin Chan... I miss my daily fix of Bleach. And I can't even read the new manga because I still haven't gotten the January issue *sigh* I mean, I know I can watch it on youtube or whatever, but.. I still liked having it on TV. So.. does anyone know why it disappeared? Or when/if it will be returning? As of October 20, 2007, the show is on hiatus on Adult Swim, being replaced with another Viz series, Death Note. However, on November 10, 2007 at a Tandokucon panel, Kyle Hebert stated that they had fallen behind on their dubbing schedule, and that the show should be returning as soon as Death Note finishes its run. According to Adult Swim's T.V. schedule new episodes of Bleach will return on March 1, 2008 at 21:00 EST. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bleach_%28manga%29#Media_informationHooray! Thanks, Stalos. The potato chip line was hilarious. XD I actually don't like the voices of most of the minor characters. There was one episode that was entirely Don Kanonji and the little kids, and it really started to drive me crazy. But I actually do like the dub for the most part. No idea. But I actually didn't even notice there was a line in english until I looked at the actual lyrics.

XD You know, I was a manga-only person for a while as far as Bleach goes and have only just started watching the anime... but I've discovered that Don Kanonji is hysterical in the Japanese version! Mostly because of all of his English catchphrases, with terrifically bad pronunciation and inflection... I was cracking up. Mostly I like the way they handled all that stuff in the manga better, but this is one gag that really wouldn't come across well in any other form.

Bleach is back! I don't know why, but I don't care. It's on right now, hooray! Of course, I've seen this episode twice already, but you can never have too much Bleach, right?

Oh. My. Gosh. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard at something in Bleach.. if everyone at my house wasn't asleep, I would have laughed a lot harder... One of the most awesome moments ever! "It's hard to control my spiritual pressure because..." "You suck?" "I do not suck!"
"Are you insane?! Then where would I put my wooden sword?"
And then.. BOOM. "Heya, Ichigo!"
And then.. Rukia comes in through the window!
I know, the way I wrote it, it doesn't sound as great. Elycien could probably do it better. But it was so.. freaking.. awesome.
This is one of the many reasons I love Bleach so much.
I just had to post about this because the awesomeness could not be ignored.
EDIT: Post 300! Woo!

I feel bad for making a triple post... and kind of a dork. But... I just found out that the VA for Toshiro is the same as for Ed on Fullmetal Alchemist. XD It's very fitting, as they're both really short geniuses with a bit of a temper.

Those crazy VAs sure do get around. XD
I don't care what anyone says...I love Bleach's dub cast. C'mon, its BangZoom! XD
Byakuya is voiced by Dan Warren! (Liu Bei/ (DW4) Lu Bu) How awesome is that? XD *realises she is like, the only DW fan on this board, excluding Phish who doesn't count* u_u
and triple posting is made of love. =D must keep the club alive. ^_^

I seem to be fond of crackshippings for this fandom. XDDD Like, I like stuff like Unohana/Kenpachi (how cute would that be?) and Nemu/Ishida and and and... Isane/Yumichika. Okay, so that last one was just invented on the spur of the moment BUT I LIKES IT ANYWAY. *goes to see if any crazy person actually wrote it* ... oh, yeah, and someone got me liking Hanatarou/Hinamori. >_> Only Hanatarou pairing that I've liked so far. Speaking of which, I wrote a fic about him the other day. :3 Not sure whether this sprang from my love for Hanatarou and tormenting him, or my hate for Gin (well okay, his only redeeming value is the whole angsty Rangiku thing - it's cute), but... yeah. Hopefully this isn't OOC for him. I've only read up through that story arc, so I suppose I don't know him as well as I would if I'd read the Hueco Mundo arc or whatever. Anyway. This isn't meant to be yaoi either. Egh Gin/Hanatarou is just creepyweird. First person to suggest it gets shot by Ishida, who happens to be my slave.
Hanatarou wasn't surprised when Gin left them.
The day after Aizen, Gin, and Tousen betrayed Soul Society was a day of mourning and recovery. And, like Rangiku and Kira, Hanatarou also found a moment to stop and remember the captain of the 3rd Division.
He'd first met him early on in his career as a shinigami, when the 4th Division was sent as support to aid the 3rd Division in a mission. Unaccustomed to the pressure of a battle situation, Hanatarou had made a series of errors that had nearly cost Kira and two other shinigami their lives. Several others from the 3rd Division were killed. The mission was a success, but barely, and the casualties were high.
A couple of days later, he ran into Gin once again, and the memory of that meeting was still burned deeply into Hanatarou's mind.
Hanatarou had looked up at the captain, his eyes widening as he recognized who it was. "C-c-captain Ichimaru!" He stood up straight, saluting the man and trembling slightly with fear. This was the captain of the 3rd Division, one who had suffered greatly for Hanatarou's mistake. On an impulse, Hanatarou bowed deeply. "Gomen nasai!"
He looked up. Gin had suddenly lost his constant smile, glaring down at Hanatarou, and his hand was raised. The meaning was clear. Hanatarou flinched, turning his face away in preparation for the inevitable blow - and jumped when, instead, Gin's hand rested gently on the top of his head, ruffling his hair. He looked up at the man in shock, his eyes wide. Gin was smiling again. "Hanatarou, is it? There's no need to be afraid of me. Mistakes happen, you know, and you're new here."
Hanatarou relaxed, smiling tentatively in return. "Th... thank you." Maybe Captain Ichimaru wasn't so bad. He seemed kind. Maybe...
Gin laughed, giving Hanatarou's hair one last good-natured swipe. "Just don't let it happen again." And he slapped Hanatarou hard across the face.
The blow was so unexpected that it took Hanatarou's breath away. Before he'd recovered, Gin had grabbed Hanatarou's arm and twisted it cruelly behind his back, then landed another blow to the boy's stomach that caused him to double up in pain, coughing. He shoved Hanatarou to the ground then and crouched next to him, pushing him down when he tried to struggle back up. One foot was planted firmly on Hanatarou's wrist. The boy looked up at his tormentor, terrified. Gin was smiling.
"I told you not to be afraid of me," he said lightly. "All you did was make a mistake." And although Gin's voice hardened, he continued smiling cheerfully at Hanatarou. That smile scared Hanatarou far more than Gin's glare had. "Sure, members of my division died because of you. Why should I be angry? You can trust me, you piece of scum!" Gin twisted his foot, leaning harder on Hanatarou's wrist. Something cracked beneath his weight and the boy whimpered. Gin laughed. "But seriously now," he said, the light note back in his voice, "there's no need to be afraid. Trust me. I'm only helping you." He stroked Hanatarou's hair in a soothing gesture. "You'll never dare make mistakes again, ne?" Gin chuckled, and Hanatarou shut his eyes tight, cringing away from the seemingly friendly touch.
"Captain Ichimaru!"
Gin looked up over his shoulder, and his smile broadened. "Captain Unohana, what a surprise!"
"Unhand the boy. You have no right to attack a member of my division." The woman's normally gentle face was stern. Gin seemed unconcerned. He stood up cheerfully, stepping away from Hanatarou's body.
"No need to worry. I'm only teaching him how a member of the 4th Division ought to behave. Nothing untoward, I assure you."
The smile that Unohana gave Gin was just as insincere as the one she received in return. "I'm afraid it is none of your business, Captain Ichimaru. So leave us."
"Suit yourself. Not my fault you don't want my help." Gin shrugged, brushed off his robe and left.
Unohana knelt by Hanatarou and laid a gentle hand on the back of his neck, picking up his bruised wrist carefully and healing whatever small bones had snapped. "Do something for me, Hanatarou," she said softly.
"Yes, Captain," Hanatarou managed to say, raising his head.
"Don't ever trust Ichimaru." Her eyes were distant and sadder than he'd ever seen them. She seemed to be gazing straight through him at something beyond, something that grieved her beyond bearing. "If he threatens you, be on your guard. But when he treats you kindly... run. Run for your life and don't look back."
His captain's words came back to Hanatarou as he walked through the streets of Sereitei, past Rangiku where she sat with a bitter expression, staring at the sky. No. He wasn't surprised by this.
He was glad.

I like weird crackful pairings for every fandom, actually.
So I'm not surprised about any pairings I may come up with for Bleach. XD

Hooray for triple-posting and Bleach love!
I'm a very boring shipper... most of my ships are canon ships unless someone else suggests one and I realize I really like it.
I actually kind of like Ishida/Nemu.
...No, I did not just try to find Ishida/Nemu shipping pics... *shifty eyes*

For example, I'm a big Renji/Rukia, and there's only about a billion of those. (not that I dislike it, its just that I'm a Rukia fangirl or something, and don't want to see her with anyone XD) Oops, yeah...I've got to remember that whenever I say that I wont tell someone something, that only makes them want to know even more. *sneaks away*
