Okay, here's a little treat to Mac users who (have) want(ed) to play Maple Story, but can't. Elcie posted a link to Maple Story sheet music in the Maple Story thread. I've downloaded the sheets and started putting them into GarageBand, so I could her what the music was like. I've finished two so far, and they sound really good. There's the Cash Shop theme (which is a soft, happy tune), and the Forgotten Passage music (which is deeper). *wonders what the real/original music files sound like* Edit: It's easier to listen to both songs when both links are correct.

Nothing is better than 'BadGuys' the Kerning City music. ^_^ www.thejasoneffect.net/maple-story-ost/ has MapleStory BGM mp3s. (not sure if it has 'em all or how outdated it is) shortcut to BadGuys mp3 shortcut to Forgotten Path of Time mp3 Other reccomended MS BGM are: "LetsHuntAliens" The Boswell Field music (in Omega Sector) "CokeTown" "WhenTheMorningComes" the Ellinia city music. Sauna has a list of the song titles and which map contains which BGM. www.sauna.gibbed.us/music/

Not sure how many of you have heard of or use this program, but I thought I might bring some attention to it: Adium. It's the chat program of all chat programs, and allows you to be logged into multiple IM programs (AIM, YIM, MSN, etc.) at once. And you only need to have this one program open; no need to clutter up space on your dock. One of the best parts: it's free to download and use. I highly recommend it for those who use more than one IM program. Also, there's a program out there called Notebook. (Unfortunately, there's only a 30-day free trial of this one. After that, you either have to buy it, or live without it.) Notebook is a bit of a mishmash of different things. I guess you could call it a glorified version of Word. If you're the type of person who takes notes in class on your laptop, and are tired of cluttering your desktop with thousands of word documents, take a look. You can have as many pages as you want in each digital notebook, and can organize it however you please. You can change the order of the pages, neatly put specific pages into different tabs... the list goes on. It's also an excellent tool for organizing any research you may be doing.
