Love the games. The originals were great, the Johto part of G/S/C was great, and R/S were fun even if the difficulty level was WAY too low. What's fun is to play the now-easy games with gimmicks, such as doing completely non-stereotypical lineups (my brother did one with a Zubat, an Onix, and some other stuff... too lazy to remember), or not doing ANY level-grinding (i.e., training) and using pure strategy to beat the too high-leveled bosses. 'Tis fun. Also making new lineups after you beat the game like a pure bug lineup (my brother's) or a lineup with only R/B/Y pokemon and moves in R/S.
Anyway, yeah, I like the games. Colosseum was downright awful (purely fighting through hordes of trainers, and too much level-grinding required for the final boss), although the mode where you get a preset lineup to fight is fun, and there were a few battles that were actually challenging and really fun. (I loved the one gym battle in Colosseum. It took so much strategy.)
Joining. ^^ I don't have Diamond or Pearl (my brother and I follow the strategy of "get them a year after they come out because they're cheaper and we can't be bothered to get them faster"), but maybe I'll get one someday.
Oh, and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon = <3. Seriously. It's like, the most awesome game every. *should really stop using the word 'like' so much* o.o

And... Gardevoir. <3 Yeah, I loved the concept of Mystery Dungeon from when I first heard of it. "Play as a Pokémon?! COOL!" I haven't actually got it, but I'd love to. Actually, reason I'm posting here right now is something kinda random: earlier today, during music lesson, I somehow wound up with the mental image of a Machop playing the piano. And my mind went, "...hey, that's actually pretty neat." Wewt.

And... Gardevoir. <3 Yeah, that was cool. To be honest, I think that's one of the best video game plots I'd seen in a long time. Sure, nothing super-creative, but it just worked so perfectly. =D I loved that one bit of dialogue where your characters talk about the balance of the universe. It's so fun to strike poses and act like a know-it-all.
Ooh, and that pokemon news special where they quote Gengar as saying "Kekekekekekeke!"
Actually, the whole thing was great.
Also, can someone help me with the after-ending stuff? (If you're not up to that, don't read further.)
I can't unlock the Northern Range. I forget exactly what the requirements for that were, but my brother told me what they are and I've fulfilled them. If anyone can help me figure out what I haven't done, I'd really appreciate that.
