RENTHEADS ANONYMOUS

This is for lovers of the movie and broadway play, Rent. Rent has been around since 1996, and has developed a huge fanbase, especially since the movie. This musical is based around a group of friends, whom are living the bohemian lifestyle. IMDB describes the storyline as:

"This film adaptation of Jonathan Larson's Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning rock opera tells the story of one year in the life of a group of bohemians struggling in modern day East Village New York. The story centers around Mark (Anthony Rapp) and Roger (Adam Pascal), two roommates. While a former tragedy has made Roger numb to life, Mark tries to capture it through his attempts to make a film. In the year that follows, the group deals with love, loss, AIDS, and modern day life in one truly powerful story. Rosario Dawson, Jesse L. Martin, Idina Menzel, Wilson Jermaine Heredia, Tracie Thoms, and Taye Diggs also star."

Anyone may join as long as they liked Rent. They do not have to have seen it as a broadway play, so please don't say fans of the movie aren't "real fans".

Anywho, I'd love to join! I might be seeing the play when I go to NYC during Spring Break next year. *so excited* I loved the movie and albums as well. Plus, I've got a fanboy crush on Idina Menzel. ^^

Lol, it's not because of age I can't see it xD I can't see it because I live in a small town, which hardly has anything interesting at all, and the biggest town is about 4 hours from here, and there doesn't have anything interesting either. So. :x

I'm so upset that i missed their 10 year anniversary. Now I'll have to wait for the 15th.

'Take me or Leave me' is fantastic. Its the show stopper too, isn't it?
But my friend and I were asked to perform Season's of Love at a 50th Wedding Anniversary, and that was great. Since then, its been creeping up my favourite song list.
