Well, there goes the chances of Marth and/or Roy reappearing. D=
Not necessarily. I think Marth can still make it in.
But Roy... he was really only in for marketing purposes.

... ... ... W.T.F. It's going to be interesting playing as the Pokemon trainer. XD It sure will be why the fail moments with Pokemon Trainer.
I can imagine one of the matches now...
Pokemon Trainer: Charizard, throw the Poke Ball!
Charizard: *throws Poke Ball and Chikorita pops out* Use Razor Leaf!
Chikorita: why the fail? You're a Pokemon too, I'm not taking orders from you!
Charizard: You better if you don't want a third degree burn all over your body.

Yoshi's egg-toss can help with his jumping now? ZOMTHANKYOU. XD As a Yoshi player, this will be very helpful. I guess it would be if you mained Yoshi if Dr. Mario is removed. And he most likely will be amongst others. Who I think will NOT be returning: Dr. Mario Young Link Pichu Roy Also... Shiek and Ganondorf are returning. It was confirmed in an interview with Legend of Zelda's character designer. He was helping designing Shiek and Ganondorf. And... mojo.rick-gardiner.com/ This site mocks the official site. I lol'd at it. Especially when he announced "Sonic" as a technique. XD

I have the feeling that most of the "clone" characters will be not making the cut. I think Dr. Mario has been replaced by Wario. I will just have to settle for Yoshi (as usual) Yoshi actually IS my main. I just never use him because it's too easy to win with him, and it's actually...boring. XDXD Dr. Mario is fun to play as, even though my skills with him are almost as good as my Yoshi skills. ^_^ If all else fails, I have Peach <3 I'm so happy that they confirmed her. quote me when SSBB was announced "Well, if Peach isn't in SSBB, I refuse to play it" XD I hope Young Link and Pichu are removed. e_e Sorry to all YL and Pichu players, but...they were just awful clones. Really. Seriously, Pichu hurt himself with all of his own electric attacks e_e Unless they make improvements, I don't want to see them return (when they can put in better characters instead XD) Ganondorf IS returning? =DDD Yaaay, he was classic. He'd better have his old Up Tilt. That was one of the most classic moves... I knew Shiek was returning, they can't just take away one of the top tier characters. It would make people teh angry. XD I really hope Mr. Game & Watch makes the cut, even if he's not a secret character again. He was unique and deserves to be in SSBB. I remember reading some interview where they said that there will be at least two more 3rd party characters (aside from Snake) in the game. I wonder... My guesses: Sonic Ryu Optimus Prime Lu Bu <--- (ok not really, but It'd PWN if Lu Bu were in SSBB)

But as much as I like him, he was really bad. Young Link too. He was horrible. However, out of all the Pokemon representatives, I want at least Pikachu and Jiggs to stay in. Well, Pikachu's already confirmed, so... they have to have Jigglypuff. She was, like, the character that you always fight and is easy to unlock. If Mewtwo stays, he better have an improvement. He was horrible.

Jigglypuff has been the first secret character in each game so far, I doubt they will stop that tradition...but there are an awful lot of Pokemon characters with the addition of Pokemon Trainer... I dunno if Mewtwo is going to make the cut, but I agree with you. Mewtwo was a cool looking character, but he was too light (easily KO'd), had a weird floaty (and low) jump and was extremely weak. He was also somewhat of a Zelda clone (except weaker than Zelda, which is really bad) Like I said before how I wanted G&W in SSBB, I also want him to be improved. G&W was just so easy to kill, and almost none of his moves had priority over the lamest of moves from other characters. (Mewtwo's neutral A has priority over G&W's torch, which is one of his strongest moves) His attacks weren't necessarily weak, but a lot of them just had low priority, and it made him difficult to use.

That is weird, because in the games, Mewtwo is all powerful and godlike. In Smash he isn't. G&W was really easy to kill and also weird cause he was the only 2D character. ALSO: www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQ7-mESFiYcSomebody beat Event 51 with Pichu in 1:54. !

That would be a pro. =D I've seen my fair share of awesome videos... Took a few of their Dr. Mario strategies for myself. XD (the tornado recovery is awesome) the pro Yoshi players all had moves that I already knew about, though. D= I can't wavedash or do any of those fancy moves, mostly because our GCN controllers are dead. XD It makes playing SSBM kinda frustrating.

That means if you wanted to play SSBB on a GCN controller, it would be hard? Well it would be hard, yes, but mostly because I don't have a Wii. >_> <_<

I think he's more likely to be changed completely to differentiate himself from Cpt Falcon. I'm also don't think that Mewtwo stands a good chance of returning as a playable character but I rather hope Jigglypuff returns. I always use her. <3

New preview.I think it'll be interesting to see Kirby battling a Mario-boss character...
And I wonder if said Mario-boss character should be considered as newcomer or not...

And I wonder if said Mario-boss character should be considered as newcomer or not... Well, I guess I should mention the said Mario character since you clicked the spoiler anyway.
This MAY be a clue. MAYBE Petey Piranha is actually a playable character or at least you fight him in Adventure Mode.
If you can't play as him, I can't wait to get a Wii Action Replay and then use Debug Mode and play as a bunch of characters. ^_^ If you can... Petey's huge! Maybe if Petey's in, it could bring in hope for Ridley... even though he's about 50 feet tall. But I wonder why R.O.B.s were opening the bomb... hm...
