>__< Sorry I haven't posted, I've been a little swamped lately with the deadline of my history project coming up. I will post as soon as I am able (sometime today. XD) That's okay, Celestial. After all, homework comes first. Or maybe it's the egg, not the chicken... Or Ikkin...XDDDD I think Sev came first. *brick'd*

Which came first, the Ikkin or the Sev? *brick'd at, but ducks before the brick hits him so it hits Celestial instead* >_>

Having a character that's unable to hear is fun.

PFA, remember when I told you weeks ago that we are about to lose our internet connection? Well, this time it's real. I'll be off from any activity here for a while, but we're trying to get ourselves a new internet connection. Before then, I'll have to give you permission to use my characters again. Use them wisely. Or rather, use them.

My apologies for my inactivity of late. I've been engrossed in finals, but I should have a post up later today.

Rejoice, me hearties, for Hunty has a sketchbook again. And absolutely no time to spend on stuff other than exams, meaning that these days I procrastinate more than ever. So here's Rane the pirate lord. Inspired from the Three Musketeers and Cap'n Teague, pretty obviously. Always was a fan of 17th century attire. Youknow, we could use a GW Art thread >> At this point we got fanart scattered all over the OOC, s'pretty hard to find older ones.

Well, it's official. I'm leaving. And never coming back.
...To this dorm room.
Yeah, I know no one fell for that. But I'm going to disconnect my comp in a few minutes to pack it up for the flight home. I'll probably be unable to get on for at least another ten to twelve hours, after my parents have gone to bed and I can get on their comp once I'm home.

D: Why is everyone thinking that Cat Assassin's going to kill Hunty? For many times, I've emphasized on his struggle to resist the urge of taking away any life, yet I can't even manage to see any hint of success on that expression!
</childish rant>

You get bias by default x3 Guess you could call that collective karma or something. Intentions are one thing but what others think is completely another. And the RP has been going horribly slow again (now if I had a buck for every time I've said that). As in, I see a big lack of motivation and enthusiasm and most importantly, Things to Do. The fleet is kinda floating around, the pirates are getting away, the ninjas are... floating around, the mercs are somewhere out there plotting to kill the pirates, and that's about it. Methinks it's time to switch from a pseudo-RP to a collaborative story again. Most of us have a kind of personal agenda but we're clearly lacking that big goal to work towards to. Thoughts?

It's probably because of the slowly dwindling number of roleplayers that affects the activity of this roleplay. Strife, Kit and Tamia are only some of the players that have contributed much to the progress of this roleplay, and sadly they're gone. We're left with people who are expecting to see some activity and reply with one or two posts. I'll have to admit: I'm one of those people, but I've had enough of simply watching from the sidelines while this roleplay gets severely hampered by inactivity. Hunty, maybe we should start PMing each other and come up with something that will regain the attention of the remaining roleplayers. It's the only way this roleplay can keep their activity up and running. This also goes to those who want to add little more plot twists to this roleplay, especially those who are representing their respective guilds (I'm looking at you, mercs and mages) . At least, we have to end this roleplay with a bang and not with a sudden halt of activity, mmyes?

At least, we have to end this roleplay with a bang and not with a sudden halt of activity, mmyes? Hardly an excuse; Kit has been gone since January, Tamia left shortly after and Strife stopped posting 'bout a month ago. But it's true that people are more into responding than initiative. Which is a good thing in some respects, we wouldn't get anywhere if everyone was doing their own thing. S'just that there are so few active roleplayers left (we're at maybe a third of all the people who started the RP) that there has to be some initiative, else there won't be anything to respond to. And I haven't been able to come up with anything more initiative than what I already have posted as of late, hence this proclamation. I know that I've been a big pain in the soft spot with this whole LET'S BE ACTIVE, COMRADES thing throughout the RP, but fact is, I still love this story. And I love its potential. It's been reading like a good book, and we're writing that book, and I wanna know what happens at the end. In short, good thinking. PMs need to start flying. Fact is that all of the major plot points in the GW (the gem chase, the demonification of the ship, Kestrel bombing, the battles and the breaking of the gem) have been the result of behind-the-scenes Brethern Courts. In fact, I'm starting to think that behind the scenes is no longer the way to go. We're at a point where everyone needs to know where things are and where they're going in order to base further actions and plot twists on it.
