On that note: Strife, we figured that all the power the gem has granted before breaking will remain tied with whatever it was granted to, much like wrapping thread around something and cutting it off. Means that you get to keep the exact level of power you had when the gem broke (so there won't be more to come, but it shouldn't disappear anywhere either), and the shard in the Leech probably keeps its power as well. Which, theorethically speaking, makes it the new gem, since the original got phoenix'd. On the same premise, we get to keep the ship, Speck's blood-o-mancy won't go anywhere, and the question of possessions is personal preference (I sorta assumed that the one in the Commander is one of the more powerful mages of the old era, and therefore sees more potential in sticking around the guy who has an army George Lucas would be proud of x3 But that's up to you.) Okay, gotcha. I have to admit, the destruction of the gem just threw off most of the things I was planning with Strife and Leoness, but I suppose that's what I get for not staying in touch. ^^; *goes to re-plot* WHAAAAAAA?!!!! The gem's been destroyed?! There goes my hope of avoiding spoilers before I try to get back into this >.> But yea... I intend to return this weekend ...After I read everything of course... I have a good 20-30 pages to read 0.0

Bweheheheheheh... looks like I'll need to keep myself from going overboard with this "Dark Drakhé". (His gentleness and shyness are there as an anti-godmode measure!) But I loved writing a glimpse of his darker side.
And the gem destroyed... oh boy. All hell's going to break loose. Almost literally, I think!

But yea... I intend to return this weekend ...After I read everything of course... I have a good 20-30 pages to read 0.0 Thank goodness. I have no clue what happened to Urchin and Lily after the dropship explosion, and that's been getting harder to avoid mentioning, as my character's the last one to see them alive. And if it helps at all, according to the summary Urchin's last post was on page 79 and your last post was on page 89.

I was planning that the Ninjas would at least get a grasp of it. I guess the destruction of the gem meant the RP is coming to a close, eh? ... But then there's the spirits. I'll have to agree with Hunty that they should've refined their fighting skills to the finest while fighting inside the gem for millenia. Probably they can be the first NPCs who can kill PCs, including the unkillable Sev? Y'know, there's a small voice inside of me that screams, "When will Sev experience a longer death?". Ignore the rant.

Time stood still for them. I like a challenge as much as the next person, but an army of invincible warriors is kinda pushing it. Frankly, I would've postponed breaking the gem to the actual end of the GW, with oliphaunts and suchlike (because I don't think the end is coming just yet) but the battle in front of the castle was getting incredibly dull and nothing was really happening and we figured that we could use a twist.

I stand corrected about the spirits. But now that the gem is destroyed, we have to think of another plotline for this RP, since the original plotline was centered around the gem. Not saying that I've ran out of ideas (because if I do, I would've killed myself out of boredom), but we need to have at least one thing that we can fight about, or something else that we can all fight against. Somehow, the second one reminds me of GW1.

[glow=red,2,300]Nuh-uh, the plot line is still the same.
Guys?
There is more than one gem.
Let's play Where's Waldo with the other gem, shall we? XD
EDIT: Think about how the first gem was made. Alchemy. ^_^[/glow]

Ignore the rant. ...why are you so interested in killing Sev? XD In any case, since his soul is bonded to Ikkin's, he'll instantly bounce back as long as she's alive. He will also revive her as soon as possible to avoid the loss of that ability, should he die before she's revived. If Ikkin's killed, and then Sev's killed, they both come back on the following dawn. So, really, killing Sev's rather out of the question. If he's completely exhausted, however, his revival won't give him his energy back, so he'd be out of the fight.

It's because when I see someone as powerful as Sev, it gives me the sadistic idea of testing his abilities. Unfortunately, phoeni are easy targets of this insatiable craving of mine.

…And this is what happens when you go somewhere for a few days, and you have Wi-Fi, but either it's taken up by something else, it's unstable, or you're in a rush to do something. Ah well, maybe I can still make it work. And yay! Remaining post space count!
