I've been meaning to get around to this for a while. Just found my first bit of time recently and hope to be able to make more time for this from this point forward.
Some of the challenges I've willingly set for myself are:
-Keeping up with this and school work o.0
-Character design*
-Re-creating the time line
*I do not intend to make this a cartoony comic. Stylized, but not cartoons. Hence I need to figure out what everyone's faces look like beyond eye/hair colour and what kind of ears they have. There are a lot of you, and there are only so many ways that personally can draw faces o.0 (I'd like to thank zylla, goosh, shadow, and vyt for providing some less human faces for me to worry about. It's gonna make my life easier XD)
As for the time-line thing, what I mean by that is I'm flexing my artistic liscence to make the 'war' stretch out over a few days rather than have it all crammed into one. This is proving beyond confusing. We seriously messed up the space-time continuum. So far I've stretched it to 4 days/nights and intend to leave it around there. On that note I'll also be messing with the events themselves a bit to try to tie the plot togeather a bit more. (for eg. The ninja/knight corpses found in the alley in the begging will have been killed by MMM)
I'll post updates here as I go. I will also be reserving a few threads after this for the sake of organization once I get things moving. I'll try to post notes on some of the more serious plot 'adjustments' I'll be making to give people a chance to object if it affects their characters to much. I'll also be sending out PMs for that kind of stuff once I reach it.
In short, this project will be as large as the Movie. With a little luck I'll be finnished this in 2 whole years! (Hopefully less, but I'm gonna be reasonable with myself on that one.) With even more luck I'll be able to make copies of the books (there will be a few chapters ^_^) that will be available to the general public.
